If there was an option for zero stars or less I would have picked one Chant asl of those. Seven weeks ago my boyfriend bought a 2005 Dodge 1500 crew cab with a plow. What a fiasco!!! For starters, a homeless man appeared within minutes of us pulling into M2Auto Group’s parking lot. The whole thing seemed odd and suspicious! He was probably on M2Auto Groups Scam payroll! My boyfriend, Mike. had loan approval, a trade in vehicle, and cash ready in case he decided on a vehicle. The salesman, Robert assisted with the viewing of the trucks. Unexpectedly, Mike was told a plow truck was available and he asked to view and test drive . Robert brought the 2005 Dodge 1500 Crew Cab around and he and Mike talked about the vehicles details and Mike and his friend visually inspected all areas of the vehicle they were able to. They took a test drive and the deal was set up! After the Cash deal with trade in was complete, Mike, myself, and his friend started on way back to Pennsylvania. A couple of days later Mike took the truck to a local mechanic for an inspection so it could be registered in PA. The garage called Mike the day the truck was dropped off and said that there many repairs that would be required to have the vehicle inspected. He told Mike the quote would come in around a little over $4,000 just to have the truck ready for inspection. He then proceeded to tell him that the other repairs needed would come in around $4,000 to $5,000 and the engine code had been reset to zero! The scammers sold him a Lemon! Please do not get fooled by their false kindness, rather focus on their scheme!!! The homeless man I mentioned a distraction, Chantal a “super busy” financial director that can’t take time to properly go over documents with the customer, and Robert a sly “knowledgeable” salesman. Chantel and Robert and their switch off action with the purchase/financial documents. They are good at their act -don’t get sucked in! ( I was involved in the closing process) These people are snakes and thieves. Be warned -please do not even consider looking on their lot let alone browse on it! You just might step on one of the pieces of crap💩

17 days after sale,we purchased a 2005 Dodge Ram with plow,It is still in the garage getting over $4000 worth of repairs.Still waiting for the tags we paid over $400 for.No care or concerns from this nightmare of a so called dealership.I cannot believe they are still able to sell and deal with the public. They should not be allowed to continue to rip off and lie the themselves and the public. They literally stole $6500 took my trade in ,so I have no truck no money and no patience for a dealership that screws hard working people out of there lively hood.We the people need to stand up for each other and report this dealership to Consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau. There has got to be a way to help all that customers that have been affected by these people. Somehow someway all together we can make it right . Because obviously Chantal and pretty boy are not going to help anyone but themselves. And last money means a lot to every single individual and safety not to M2Auto group they are all about distorting people and taking there money,Don’t know how they can sleep at night. We must all stand together and stop these mean unhappy selfish people and this dealership After reading so many negative reveiws.Somebody please help everyone involved

If you're looking for a place that rolls out a red carpet upon your arrival, this probably isn't the place for you. They don't have a live band, it's not catered for lunch & they don't have continental breakfast. You can probably find those things while shopping for a Mercedes or a Porsche. BUT... These guys can help put you into a solid vehicle, on a very tight budget! I honestly couldn't be happier! Boris and Robert were a pleasure to work with! Will definitely shop here again and i have no hesitation about referring my friends and family.

If I could negative star i would. Was sold a car by borris that had bald tires, many battery problems and bad brakes and was charged full price. Car ended up dying literally 2 days after buying with not a single honest word said about it prior and no offer to help after. Please run far away from this place. Do not support a single penny towards them.

Very unsatisfied with the service I’ve received from this company, they’re horrible and deceptive. Don’t buy anything from them, they’re only concerned about money. If you do buy a vehicle properly inspect and don’t sign any paperwork until your concerns are addressed. They will tell you all repairs must be paid by you the customer even though it’s their fault , their negligence. They’re the devils workers. Horrible company to do business with. Stay far. I bought a truck from them, only to find rust, cracks on the windshield, rusted around the windshield, different sizes wheels on the vehicle, bad wiper blades. Spare holder broken leaving the spare trown about in the tray, when I called and report my concerns, I was greeted with attitude and resentment. Very unprofessional customer service. I leave them to God. He will reward them for their wickedness towards me.

I asked them about rot/rust in very specific locations on a vehicle, they ignored it and said come look at it. I rolled the dice and drove an hour there. looked at the truck for 5 minutes and found rotted away frame sections and rot holes in the body that were covered up with add on trim. Then I drove home for an hour. Great experience

Big waste of time. Communicated via email and told them I was traveling from 2 hours away to see a vehicle they confirmed the had. 15 minutes before our appointment they emailed me stating the car was sent out because of “clear coat issues”.
