Outstanding Customer Service

Outstanding service. Keene treats you like a long-time valued client even when you have not purchased anything from them. It is hard to believe that the service could improve after purchasing a vehicle, but it did! Then you became like a member of the family. Their patience in answering questions is unparalleled. My family owns a variety of makes and models, more than Keene currently sells. If Keene sold more models, we'd certainly be purchasing even more vehicles from them!

Be careful of this dealership for used vehcile.

Be careful of this dealership for used vehcile.. As they do not disclose all information and ask for a engine code scan.. They will quicly pass you off from sales to service for any complaint. Just looking do a sale 😀

Bought a used Dodge Ram truck there and was very satisfied with the buying experience. Gary Smith was our salesman and he is great; Vinny was our financial person and he is excellent as well. Both worked tirelessly to get our deal finalized, even past closing time. Prices are competitive and the people we worked with are friendly and not pushy. Recommend this dealership.

This place is a joke!

I tried to buy a new truck. They don’t even honor there BS internet price. They revert back to MSRP and then want to add another $4995 for market adjustment. Don’t be fooled by this ripoff tactic. Do your homework, this shortage is not going to last. You’ll be the one left holding the bag when you go to sell, bend over!!!

I’d stay away from this place.

I’d stay away from this place. Don’t believe their advertised internet pricing. Was looking to purchase a truck and they not only wouldn’t honor their “advertised” internet price, they reverted back to MSRP and added another $4995 for BS market adjustment. In my opinion these people suck and are ripoffs! I’ve got one on order for $9K under MSRP so I’m just gonna wait. Good luck with these people if you want to be ripped off. Remember, this shortage isn’t gonna be forever. Bend over when you sell your vehicle if you pay over! Don’t waste your time here.

We are also ordering trucks for our customers at those kind of discounts but unfortunately due to there being such a limited supply of vehicles physically on lots we cant sell the limited supply we have at those type of discounts. This pandemic has been difficult on every business and we hoe you can understands that. Thank you again for your review!

Went to Keen to look at a new truck.

Went to Keen to look at a new truck. We were glad we did our homework on our trade-in value and new truck prices before purchasing from them. We would have gotten ripped off. Their trade in value was a slap in the face. We are purchasing a new truck from another dealership that we did not have to dicker back and forth with on prices. We are getting a lot more truck for a better price from this other dealership in PA and the trade in value was good, too.
