Drove in to get information, drove out with two brand new cars. Husband was in the market for an used pick up truck, so we stopped in to ask about the Frontier in their used inventory. Now my husband real wish became true when instead he got a 2013 Nissan Titan and I got to trade my car for a 2013 Maxim. For two years my wife and I had been driving a 2011 Nissan Sentra which we had leased from Sutherlin. Recently they sent us an email stating they would like to buy the Sentra from us. We drove to their new facility on East Colonial to see how much they would offer as a purchase price. When we parked the Sentra we were immediately greeted by a sales person named Tabitha. We told her about the letter and that we were intrigued with the 2014 Altima. She got a cart and drove us to where the new cars were parked. Very quickly we found an Altima that was equipped the way we wanted and was the red color that my wife wanted. We took the car for a short test drive and were very pleased. Tabitha then worked with us to arrive at a purchase price that we were willing to pay at an interest rate we were willing to pay.While we signed all the papers in Finance, Tabitha had the car cleaned and made ready for delivery. We enjoyed the dealership. We enjoy the car we bought. But we really enjoyed working with Tabitha. We found her to be very personable and very knowledgeable about the car and about the business. She was very good at reasoning with us and never did she have us feeling pressured.
