This has been the worst car-buying experience I have ever

This has been the worst car-buying experience I have ever encountered. I spent days communicating with salesperson Marcus, requesting pictures, discussing car conditions, and prices, and exploring financing options. Their lack of professionalism was evident as they were unaware that Chase wouldn't approve a loan for their dealership. After I spent $300 for the inspection and told I would buy it. things took a turn for the worse when I was ready to purchase. Manager Emmen appeared, collected my loan information, checked my credit, and then began miscalculating taxes intentioned. Initially overcharging my taxes by $1500, even after a correction, there was still a $300 discrepancy. After finally providing the correct tax amount, I requested the next steps for the purchase, but Emmen claimed he needed to contact with the loan manager and then inexplicably stopped responding. Neither text nor call was returned the following morning. To my dismay, I discovered that the car had been sold, as their website already listed it as unavailable. This not only wasted a week of my time but also the $300 spent on the vehicle inspection. I missed out on other potential vehicles. After explicitly expressing my intent to purchase, they had me fill out forms and run my credit, only to intentionally mismanage fees and delay, ultimately selling the car without informing me. This is an incredibly dishonest practice! I strongly advise caution when considering purchasing a car from this dealership.

I wish I could say that I had all the great experiences

I wish I could say that I had all the great experiences with this dealership that I have read about in the reviews. I purchased a car from out of state and had it shipped to my house . The sales person told me they did repairs that never happened . Once the car arrived, I had to have those repairs done on it. I was told several lies throughout this process. The manager also provided paperwork showing where they had work done on a car but the invoice had no VIN number linking it to my car. I questioned the manager about this and she stated to me that she was sorry but they couldn’t provide any hard evidence that it was repairs done on my car. Two salesmen told me that the company would pay for the repairs but they never did. My experience has been terrible and I hope and pray no one else experience what I have with this company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. This experience has been a nightmare for me. All I asked for is honesty. I trusted them and now I regret that. Good luck to anyone that chooses this company.

DISHONORABLE PEOPLE

Don't waste your time this dealership is full of shipping I filed an complaint with the BBB and taking it further I was already pre-approved did the dealer app was told what the terms were was also asked to bring an extra $1000 for the down-payment told them I was on my way remind you they already did the hard inquiry at this point when I told them I would be there I'm a few hours they didn't want to wait and said someone else was looking at the car that's bad business STAY AWAY Mark the suppose to be finance guy and Enzo the salesman are pieces of xxxx

In the process of taking them to Court.

This is the worst Dealership I have ever been too. They sell ragley cars thats no good. They will put the machine on the car to turn off the check engine light. I was going to buy a 2013 Dodge Durango, but it had to many problem that they didn't want to fix.. Marc,Mark,Moe and the other lady there are bad Saleman.

Great, Honest and best sales experience

Walked in and spoke to sales manager Emin, in my typical experience buying a car is very exhausting process but Emin was very friendly never pushed for anything that didn’t seem interested to me. He worked with me on bad credit and got the best rate compared to other dealers/banks. It really took me an hour to decide on car since I had already looked at it through online and rest the process was very smooth. Never pushed on buying extended and gap warranties (even though mostly the only way for them to make money except financing). Overall very pleased with my experience, will be going back for another SUV and recommend other to check out this place as well. Talk to Emin and he won’t waste your valuable time.

They say they will help you build your credit

They say that they help you rebuild your credit and they can't help you if you have a trade in or limited funds but if you have a down payment but won't tell them how much you have they don't help you to be honest I could have bought the truck for cash but I wouldn't tell them that but they have all these stories how they help people which I think is a lie but I would have had a Cadillac if It hadn't got sold while I was sitting there. but to be honest I hear all the time from car sales place like this and its really about how bad you need a car or how far your willing to go on a downpayment. and I was nice to the guy but he tried to get an attitude but stopped him before he got carried away if you can't help then you can't but stop telling people that you help build credit when you taking advantage of the disadvantaged. I would have taken the chance and paid cash but when his attitude changed so did my mind. BE VERY CAREFUL AND NOT DESPERATE TAKE YOUR TIME AND LOOK THERE ARE SOME GOOD PEOPLE WHO JUST NEED A CHANCE AND LIFE DOES HAPPEN. BUT I DID WANT THAT TRUCK CAUSE I'M HAVING SURGERY AND CAN'T GET IN AND OUT OF MY CAR ANYMORE. AND YES SIR YOU KNOW WHO I AM AND YOU JUST TALKED TO ME BUT THAT'S VERY FALSE ADVERTISING
