At age 70 I have never bought a used car before. Always a new one. The great customer service I experienced from Justin was outstanding. He took his time, answered all my questions, had a mechanic promptly on the spot for some of my concerns and made the decision making process very logical. Paperwork was a breeze. Overall this was a comfort decision when i said yes, lets do it.

I purchased a 2007 Malibu Maxx. I paid clean retail +taxes. Asked for a test drive and had to wait 15 minutes while they fill the car up with gas (It seemed unusually long at the time). When I get in the car the tank is on E. Figure there is a faulty gas gauge, which is not a huge problem. I end up buying the car, and as it turns out (I found out over the next few months, and 5-6 visits to the mechanic) the fuel pump is completely faulty. During the sales pitch he shows you what his mechanic found and the money he has into it. So it?s good to go, but that was just not the case, the car they sold me for clean retail price, was not a clean car, it had a huge (and expensive) mechanical defect, which was made apparent by the faulty fuel gauge. Their evaluation of their cars is either poor or they are trying to put one over on you, either way, that?s what you can expect shopping here. When I asked Mike to make it right, he tells me because he sold me the car close to the money he put into it there is no profit left for him to ?make it right?. He offers to fix it at cost, but his shop is so busy and when I contact him about it . . . radio silence. You get the feeling that you can trust Red?s but at the end of the day, when they got your money in their pocket, the only thing they?ll do is turn your back on you.

Curt was awesome to work with. He addressed all of our concerns, and even though we were pre approved through our bank, he got us a better deal on his end. Fantastic buying experience. They have a great inventory, and cool showroom. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone on the market for a vehicle.

I found a truck on line from Red's that was very well presented on the web. Great pictures on line (I understand taken by Curt). The pictures presented the truck superbly and it was almost as good as being able to see it in person. I called the dealer after hours, left a message about wanting to look at the vehicle. I got a prompt reply the next morning with an invitation to come visit just to check it out. Stopped by and was greeted promptly by the owner Mike and then worked with Curt to look at the vehicle. No pressure what so ever, no hard sales pitch. I was offered to take it for a test drive without even asking. A little bit of price negotiation in a fun atmosphere and ended up buying the truck. No hassles, no strings! Even after the sale, I found something that concerned me and Mike has offered to take care of the issue. Top class folks to work with. This is what I have always wanted in a pre-owned dealer. Awesome showroom - well kept, nice and clean. These are car guys and they seem to really care about having happy customers. I worked with Stan and he couldn't have been better to work with. He work around my schedule and gave me zero pressure to buy. The facility was very clean and low stress. The truck I bought was in excellent condition and very clean inside and out unlike many places they don't even vacuum used cars anymore. I even noticed they removed the truck from their site very quickly, which as a customer is nice because so many dealer advertise vehicles at great prices that they don't have anymore to get you in the door. I would buy another vehicle from them without a doubt.

i bought a great car from Stan yesterday, and my experience was very low stress and enjoyable. Red's Auto & Truck takes their description of themselves quite seriously. In my opinion, they stock much higher than average quality used cars, priced reasonably/competitively. Stan was friendly and helpful from the first phone call to the final handshake. He was very honest and transparent about the history of the car I was interested in, and his passion for cars was clear and genuine. Bottom line, you can get a high end used car here for a reasonable price. They're staffed with car guys that will understand and reflect your passion, and will make the buying process comfortable and easy. If you're not knowledgeable about cars, they are honest and will not take advantage of your inexperience. Proceed with confidence.

Curt did a fantastic job helping us find the perfect truck. Mike is beyond amazing helping us get a better interest rate. He spent a little more money so that we could get qualified for a better loan. We can not say enough good things about this place!

Two weeks ago I was in Boulder working and bought our daughter a car to use at college. It was a great buying experience! He gave me the keys and let me go. The car was in good condition and I bought it. Stan was super nice--not pushy. He processed the paperwork quickly and I was out the door about a half-hour later. What a great experience! We bought a 2004 Ford F350 and could not be happier with our purchase. We don't live in the area and traveled a great distance to get our truck.
