Excellent service!

Second time coming to this dealership for a lease. They located the car I wanted and ensured I had all the bells and whistles I requested...all at a fair price. Absolutely excellent service and seamless transaction. Thank you, Mr. Youngblood and Mr. Lewis!

Disorganized scammers

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They tried to pull a bait and switch on me as I was looking to buy a car from them. I came in for one car that was advertised and told was available and when I got there, they said it was just sold but they had these other more expensive models available. I tried another car and was going through the process of buying it only to be told that they could not sell this car. They nearly lost MY keys and registration to MY car in the clutter of the Sales Manager’s desk. They tried to sell me another car that was "Certified" and I am wondering what that might have been for. To me certified means that it is inspected, clean without any cosmetic damage or very minor damage and this car wasn't any of that. Dirty interior and broken lights shouldn't exist on a “certified vehicle”. Finally, we find another car on a sister lot and it was a disaster with that. They have the mileage and VIN wrong on the paperwork and on top of that it was advertised on the web for one price only to be told that it was twenty-five hundred more than what was advertised. Bait and switch anyone? Management's attitude is less than gracious and they are very xxxxxxand misogynistic towards women. They literally cussed at my wife.

Great Service

I would just like to compliment Robert in the service dept. His customer service skills are impeccable and he has gone to great lengths to assist me. I live in Metairie, but his service re-affirms why I always choose to book my services through Toyota of New Orleans instead of other Toyota's. Thank you ❤

Bad experience

No one acknowledges you when you walk in. My car was there for 4 hours just for an oil change. And the cashier also left me standing there for a while before acknowledging me. Is was awkward and uninviting.

Auto purchase

Good friendly people. David Johnson was my sales person. Only complaint was it took 4 hrs. to purchase the car I already knew I wanted before I walked in the door.

Price trickery

Prices vehicles low to get you in for a look then claim the cars.com price is a “mistake”. I wasted $10 in gas to look at a car. Dishonesty. Why would I expect more from a car dealer?

Excellent Service

Went to get an oil change and the technician also inspected my car. Michael Nguyen assisted me and did an excellent job of explaining the additional services my car will need. I ended up getting those services done and was done no longer than an hour. I highly recommend you ask Michael Nguyen to assist you!

Used Car Sale

Lengthy process. Was assisted by a salesman who put up with the extensive call I had to make to put insurance on the vehicle. They docked down my price like half a grand and walked away with a fair price including registration. All in all, I am appreciative they made the process so easy for my first car.

Robert from the service department is the man to go to . He will expedite your service the best he can. I don’t go to anybody else but him because he make sure you are satisfied before letting you leave !
