Very cool very great service very intelligent working

Very cool very great service very intelligent working woman Cassidy I will recommend her to everyone I know if need service at Toyota on service road in New Orleans East very polite and very helpful I love her since of humor she is a very bright young woman and I didn’t have to wait long and she also went over some details about my vehicle which I admire her for as well Thank you Cassidy for all you help have a wonderful weekend and be Safe bye for now peace out ✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽😍😘🥰❤️❤️❤️

Terrible dealership!

Terrible dealership! We were 5 minutes away for our appointment for a test drive and a rep we did not talk to previously called to tell us the "price was increased by $1,200" for new tires (oh, and BTW, "we have had a lot of calls on this car"). OK, we still wanted to see the car, got there on time and they were helping a man who literally walked in after my son- in law and they started selling him the car. No apologies, no chance to test drive the car- they let us look at it (and it did not have new tires). So if you want to get screwed on price or waste your time, go here.

Terrible dealership! I went down on April 26,2025 to look at 2016 Toyota

I went down on April 26,2025 to look at 2016 Toyota Corolla at the time it was being painted all they showed me was body parts that was being painted. I did not get a chance to test drive the vehicle at that time.Then they said it would be ready on April 30 but then said it needed to dry out because the seats needed to be cleaned .I actually did not to get to even test drive till May 3 . I did a very little test drive because it was late all the time they were being evasive and a bit decepted when I had questions.I traded in my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta I drove the car home on May 3 . I got back in the car on May 4 the check engine light came on. The front end needs to be fix and the ball joints are going out. I called them and told them about it Angie told me to drive it around for 20 minutes to see if it would go away. I brought it in the mechanic said it was an 02 sensor and I would have to pay for the part 02 sensor and service. They said I had to take as is warranty knowing that the car was not mechanically sound and charging me 11,000 for this car I was completely taken advantage of. .

Went to dealership for oil change and tire rotation.

Went to dealership for oil change and tire rotation. I was charged and didn’t get my tire rotated. Call dealership to report it and technician said he apologized he overlooked the work order. I’m furious. Now I have to wait until next week to go back for them to do it because my next off day is Thursday

They were supposed to rotate and balance the tires, but

They were supposed to rotate and balance the tires, but instead they changed the oil, but they didn't rotate them. I still had 5,000 miles left until my next oil change. It seems to me that the person who helped me had a very bad face since I arrived. I explained to him that I had come for the 5,000-mile inspection, but the man didn't pay attention to me and did whatever he wanted. I even asked him if he understood my English, and since I'm Hispanic, I wasn't very satisfied. Now I have to find a place to have the work done.
