My experience was smooth and great!

Thank you Toyota at New Orleans East and my salesman, Tony Truong for making the process of purchasing a new car so quick and wonderful! He was super helpful and sweet with my experience there. I was very content with everything.

Did everything to make what you need happen

I gave this dealership four stars because they did everything they could to help me get what I wanted. The seller listened to my needs and what I had to offer regarding my trade-in and was understanding and my situation and was able to help me trade in my car that day with something That ended up being more than I was looking for at a better deal.

Ronn Jones

We just bought a new 4runner. Riley Thompson who assisted us was fair, professional and down to earth. Jermaine Youngblood show us how to operate the new dashboard etc, He is very personable and bright. Also a shout out to Chuck in service he is the best. we will be back in a month or so to purchase a new Tacoma. Before this experience I had rather go see a doctor than a car salesman. If your your ready for a new Toyota or a used auto I highly recommend TOYOTA OF New Orleans and go see the above mention people.

Recall Airbag replacement

The main reason I purchased my vehicle from Toyota of New Orleans is because of the service department. This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership. Robert my service advisor is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. Will do anything to make your visit a pleasure. The service is always quick and they do a great job. I highly recommend Robert and this service dept.

Cudos to Mr. Alfred Taylor for Excellent Service!!!!

Mr. Alfred Taylor is the face of this dealership for me. I rate his customer service skills and friendliness as EXCELLENT. Unlike most vehicle salesmen I've experienced, he is kind, compassionate, courteous, an attentive listener and extremely patient. I explained my budget and my needs only once and he found a vehicle that met my needs. He treated me with such dignity and respect despite I did not purchase a new or late model vehicle which would earn him a good commission which I'd dare to say he earned nothing from my purchase. He gave me service as if I were purchasing a Bentley or Rolls Royce. I consider Mr. Taylor a man of integrity and high character as others would have handled me with disdain for wasting their time because they would get no benefits for their time spent with me. I am already sharing my experience with others who know I've been without transportation for a while. I plan to suggest anyone looking for transportation to Mr. Taylor so he can work some magic for them also. As for the older woman in the cashier role, she was less than pleasant and didn't acknowledge myself or Mr. Taylor when we appeared at the window and waited for several minutes for her to recognize me. Even if involved doing something else, a quick greeting that she'd be with us shortly would have sufficed as good customer service. After my payment method did not go through, I had $50 cash and another card to bridge the $115 shortage on the primary payment card which I placed on the counter both cash and additional credit card. After counting the cash and leaving the second credit card on the counter, she announced that I was still short $65. I responded that was why I provided the second credit card. She replied snappy that she didn't know I was using another card because no one told her so. Her response seemed disgenuine since I placed the credit card on top of the cash and she received the cash.

Care, compassionate, thoughtful...

The service I received was beyond wonderful and compassionate. Those guys did a great job and was thoughtful through my experience. I went there in a difficult situation and they made the experience a little easier.
