Brought my Audi A8L 2023 for SOS issue. I interacted with Mike Burns, the Service Specialist. He was professional, kept me informed about the progress of the repair and scheduled a future appointment for an oil and filter change. I have been to this dealership for more than ten years and I am very content that there are Service Specialists like Mike Burns who are a great asset to the dealership.
