Audi Service was a horrible experience.

Audi Service was a horrible experience. They don't answer the phone oh hold for over an hour. Message directs yu to book on line for service, however the online message gives you the same number to call and no access to schedule online. They should to be ashamed of their Audi Service. Find someone that wants to do their job!!!

Just had $4300,,00 worth of work done on my Audi 2014 A4,

Just had $4300,,00 worth of work done on my Audi 2014 A4, Went to pick uo my car, I knew they were closing at 5;00, got stuck in traffic and was surmised at 5:05 place was dark and locked, some one directed me to the sales people and laughed saying the service department was dark at 4:59., Some one in sales was happy to help me pay my invoice. I paid and left, the I got home I looked closer at my invoice and realize d they had not given me the coupon discount they had promised caping at $240.00. I called Rob my service repair on 3 differs times over a 2 day period leaving messages to call me as I had a question about my invoice. It has been 2 days since I picked up my car and obviously once you have picked up your car and paid they could care less about you.What would have been a good experience with this dealer as left be PO'd and probably will not go back.

Had the with worst experience of my life with this

Had the with worst experience of my life with this service department. Took my vehicle to this service department because it was the closed one to me little did I know my worst nightmare would start at this dealers va service department. I purchased my Audi Q7 a few years ago in Mass. Last year I received a notice for a recall on my vehicle and naturally I brought it over to have it replaced at this location. After I got my vehicle back I had the “check engine” come on I called they said bring it back a hassle to get an appointment wasn’t able to bring it in right away then the gas consumption started to increase on the vehicle I called check engine light still on gas consumption in higher when I got my vehicle they charged me for regular check up and said it had nothing to do with the service they preformed that it had to do with the PCV valve which was a $2000 job and offered a coupons of some bucks off after a couple days the engine started shaking inside the vehicle took somewhere else now the vehicle have MORE codes at this point long story short installed the PCV value however the faulty engine cylinder codes never went away didn’t fix the engine light issue and the engine started acting up after it came out of the dealer. Everything ended up in a recommendation to trade my vehicle for a new one because at this point the option was opening up the engine to find out what was the problem which would cost $$ and no warranty the solution would be found or installing a new engine. Audi Service Warwick didn’t care didn’t even call back. I ended with a German vehicle that needs an engine replaced at 133k miles. BTW a new engine for my Audi Q7 still costs 17K THOUSAND DOLLARS without labor costs.

IMPRESSIVE SERVICE ORGANIZATION

I had my Audi vehicle towed to the facility with a transmission issue. From intake to diagnosis and repair, the staff, at all levels, performed in a professional and personable manner. Their communications throughout the process were timely and thorough. The Audi Warwick service team sets a high standard for all auto repair organizations to emulate.

I purchased a used vehicle at the Warwick location. Not to soon afterwards I had an issue with the car. First thought was I bought a lemon. I didn’t want to deal with the dealership however I was put though to customer service and received a call from Kevin. Kevin was more than understanding and extremely helpful even though I wasn’t. He reassured me and put me at ease. So I want to say Thank You Kevin Audi is lucky to have you.

Service can be a joy!

The service department at Warwick Audi is top notch. I have dealt with both Ron & Michael for service and I can’t compliment them enough. They are both knowledgeable and patient with me. Not to mention how you get a beautiful loaner, this makes having your car serviced so convenient!

Worst dealer and car company experience in 40 years of...

Worst dealer and car company experience in 40 years of buying cars. In June 0f 2018 I leased a Q3. When I went to buy it out in June of 2021, I set an appt. 2 weeks in advance, only to be told when I arrived that they were too busy to process my sale and that I'd need to call the Audi 800# and do it through Audi HQ. Then it got worse. I paid the remainder on my car, but never received the title. Audi said they FedExed it WITH NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Not sure where it was delivered or if it blew away or was porch pirated--but I never got it. On a legal doc for a $40K+ car, nor signature required??? Every month since August I have called Audi HQ and Warwick Audi attempting to get the title. Audi HQ says they applied for a duplicate, every month when I call. But, when I went to the DMV this month (7 months later) to check on where it was, the DMV says Audi NEVER applied for a duplicate title. When I ask for help at the dealership, they either say "We are Penske not Audi and can't help you" or when I email the general manager, Jason Burley, he does not respond. For the last 7 months, I have had a car that I cannot drive because I cannot register it without the title. A worthless lawn ornament. If you want a nightmare of an experience with a dealer that cares NOTHING about their customers, then go to Audi Warwick. If you want months of stress and now the expense of having to take legal action, go to Warwick Audi. Otherwise, buy another brand of car far, far away from the Penske Auto Group, formerly known as Inskip and stay away from Audi's worthless "Customer Experience" people.

I worked with Audi HQ because YOU (Audi Warwick/Penske) refused to process my sale at my scheduled appt. time--because you were "too busy" and told me my only option was to call the 800# to complete my sale! I hope everyone reads your response because this is exactly how you will be treated by Penske Automotive Group--they will wash their hands of any problems related to any of the vehicles they deliver to customers.
