Took my vehicle for a oil change they forgot to secure the bottom cover called numerous times to talk to the service manager who never picks up his phone he eventually called back told me to bring the car in all at my cost and time I guess after I stated that the cover is scrapping the street and could be dangerous he said there is nothing he can do I have to bring the car in . What happened to roadside assistance ?

I give this dealership one star, and that's because of the salesman. other than that, be weary and stay away, like FAR AWAY. I purchased a certified 2015 Infiniti QX60 fully loaded with only a little over fifty thousand miles. From the time I left the dealership I incurred nothing but PROBLEMS. IT started with the front dash, A loud rattling noise coming inside the front of the radio, took it back to the dealer the next day for consult, they found the problem instead of replacing the broken object, they repaired it with felt tape. about a month later the problem reoccurred, again they repaired it with felt tape, within the next seven months, the transmission went. and had they had to replace my transmission with a new one, they replace my steering wheel pump because I driving on the highway with my children and the steering wheel LOCKED on me at sixty miles per HR, scaring me and family to death. The steering wheel pump was leaking and had to be replace . and after that the valve body had to be replace. All four rotors had to be replaced, the driver's side window would go down and not come back up, the driver's side kick panel lights had to be replaced. The driver's side heated and air condition seat MALFUNCTIONED and to be repaired. The secondary coolant fan stops working and had to be replaced. Mind you this vehicle was supposedly CERTIFIED BY INFINITI, WHICH AFTER SPEAKING TO A CERTIFIED MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PUSHED THRU CERTIFICATION JUST ENOUTH TO PASS WITHOUT REALLY BEING CERTIFIED.

Place is a complete scam
Complete scam for service! Completely overpriced! Went in to fix one fog light ended up laying $600! Was told old ones was not original so they had to rewire the lights. Overcharged first bulbs and labor. Complete rip off! This is how they make their money! Avoid this place!

Steve and the rest of the staff at INFINITI of Warwick were nothing short of amazing! The words I would use to describe the are unlike any other I would use when thinking of buying a car. Internal display control problem
Recently brought my car into the dealership for a problem syncing my phone to the bluetooth system. During my visit, it was discovered that I had a malfunction with the internal display control, which normally would not have been covered as the warranty had lapsed. Infiniti chose to make the repairs at no cost to me. We have been working with this service department for almost 5 years, since we purchased the vehicle; they are the best, hands down. Sergio Vaz, the service representative we usually work with, is absolutely the best!!
