Service was great, timely, and costs were as stated. There was only one surprise the car went in needing a wash bad and without any asking or concern the car was washed and cleaned. I am very appreciative and pleasantly surprised this was done. Good job! Good service! Great business practices! Thanks!

Great customer service from everyone in the shop. Shawn was excellent to work with. He is very friendly and got us a good trade in price for our Ford Edge and great price for our new Chevy Tahoe. We love our new ride and highly recommend others to go give them a visit if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Visited this place the other day and the service i didnt receive was horrible. When my boyfriend and i got there no one came to assist us, we had to walk inside and ask for it. Shawn Ramon didnt even accompany us in the test drive. We then proceeded to talk to him and he basically told us we cant afford the car which i found pretty insulting. If i was making more, i definitely wouldnt be looking into a used car but i know what i can afford. Never even got a calk back so he and the business lost a sale. Such a shame a beautiful car is in the hands of people with no drive to sell it, definitely a waste of a 3 hour drive. Not worth your time.

I bought my first vehicle from Larry about 25 years ago. I have not bought a car anywhere else since then. They also have an excellent service dept. Everyone is honest, fair, and friendly. For myself, my wife and two daughters I have bought about ten cars from superior. Also my in-laws and brother in law have come from out of town to buy cars here. Most recently, my future son-in-law came from San Antoinio to but from Superior and his father was so impressed he came down from San Antonio to buy a car also. Shaun did a great job for me. Sandy does a great job on the service department and the entire staff does an outstanding job.
