Great professional and courtesy staff… very accommodating and returned phone calls with updated information. Brent was excellent and Neal. Even though the wait for the part took several months through Toyota.. Brent was able to get the repair done as soon as the part was received

Overall great experience

The people are friendly and they have a nice waiting area. Scheduling is fairly easy. However, It is costly to have any service done at a dealership.

Buying a new vehicle
Salesman, Jack Ramsey, was very helpful but not pushy. A very nice, young man. I was allowed to take as much time as I needed to make this very important (but expensive) decision without any pressure. I test-drove the vehicle twice before making my final decision and was also given a fair trade-in price on my used vehicle which was 10 years old.

Clear, honest, straight-forward communication
The communication was excellent. Every question was answered directly and clearly without a lot of sales speak or pressure. It was a very good experience to buy my car from them. It arrived in my driveway cleaner than it will ever be again and it is beautiful and looks like new even though it is 5 yrs old.
