i bought a used car and the were friendly an helpfull

i had a wonderful experience while buying my used car everyone was very friendly. all my questions were answered. all the greeters all the way up to the closers were very knowledgeable. overall my experience was great

New tucson

I love my new hyundai tucson. When I walked in the manager Steve had a sales person already waiting for me and knew exactly what car I wanted and it was already pulled up. Andrew was my sales person he knew all the answers to my questions and he was very patient with me and all my questions. I had an amazing experience buying here.

New hyundai

The dealership was very helpful, straight forward prices no back and forth BS. Andrew was a great sales person i highly recommend if you're buying a car ask for him first, he knows his stuff and is the most laid back sales person I've ever met great guy. The process was very smooth and easy, I walked in for an elantra and walked out with a brand new elantra. 10 out of 10 for my experience.

Friendly, Unpushy Sales Experience

I didn't feel pushed into anything and all the staff members I interacted with were kind and easy going. I only wish that it didn't take over an hour after signing off on a purchase for my vehicle to get detailed, cleaned and gassed up. Wish they had started that process sooner so that I could quickly enjoy my new car.

Folsom Lake Hyundai

The experience was overall a good one. Andrew Patton was our salesperson and did a nice job of answering all our questions and making the normally tedious sales process as smooth as possible. I was in the dealership last week and not only did Andrew remember me, but immediately made sure I was taken care of, and implored me to contact him with any additional questions or concerns.

Buy from the Best

My experience was fantastic at Folsom Lake Hyundai. It was a "No Hassle" situation. I got in and out in great time and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about the different models and helped guide me through the buying experience. I am very happy with my purchase and I look forward to purchasing another vehicle from Folsom Lake Hyundai within the next 5 years. I just wish they would bring back the Entourage. We love our current Entourage and it is killing me to think of buying a different brand. Thanks,

Very good experience

We agree on the price and monthly payments on line and when I arrived at the dealership, they did what they promised. Very easy and nice experience I had .
