I had a great experience at Folsom Lake Hyundai during my recent service appointment. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done with my car. The service was quick, the waiting area was comfortable, and they kept me updated the whole time. My car was ready right on schedule and running perfectly when I left. Overall, it was smooth, stress-free, and I’ll definitely be coming back here for future service.

Very efficient.

Very efficient. Lounge was stocked properly with coffee machine. Snacks and popcorn for those of us waiting. The best part is no upscale.

Folsom Lake Hyundai has a great service department, they keep our Santa Fe running like brand new. Very satisfied with the work, and the staff (Cory) explains all options without the upsell. Long time customers and we will continue to have scheduled service there.

Went in for my 65K checkup.

Went in for my 65K checkup. Chase in service was awesome worked with me, showed me pricing plans for all that could get done. Took my car, did all services, plusvreport on what may need to be done ir what has to be done. But my car passed so far doing good. But definitely friendly great service for your car. Plus no upsaleing. Bought my car here, service done here, nothing but awesome staff and service.
