The Best Honda Buying Experience Ever !

The last time that I bought a car (14 years ago) was at another local dealer. The purchase experience was so bad that I dreaded going to look for a new car. I did not feel any pressure from the salesman or general manager at any time during my car research at the J.P. Thibodeaux Honda dealership. I loved that my salesman, Mike Lemoine, was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features on the 2020 CR-V touring models. He really took his time to explain to me how all of the features worked on the car. The other thing that I loved was that each of the deparments worked so closely together. Mike also tooked the time to introduce me to the team members in the service department. I was so impressed with Mike that I asked him for some of his cards so that I could hand them out to people who were interested in buying a Honda. You could tell that a team environment is very important to the owner, Joe Thibodeaux. I also compared prices with 20 other Honda dealers in my area and Ryan Menard, General Manager, was able to secure for me a lower price than any of the 20 other Honda dealerships.

Amazing Staff

It was great and my car is like brand new! The people were very nice and even washed my car for me.

Great Service, Clean facility and friendly staff

Greg the sales associate was patient and not pushy. This kept me around longer and not feel under pressure. Everyone was professional and courteous.
