I was very serious about purchasing 2 vehicles for our

I was very serious about purchasing 2 vehicles for our twins. I called to negotiate and asked for their best out the door price. The response was very poor. The price before tax, tag, title and doc fee actually went up. They would not even honor the advertised price, much less negotiate in any way. I would not choose to work with them. I was told that hey were "going back and forth" with the sales manager for hours. That clearly was not the case. I was repeatedly told to " check what other dealers have" "go check out other dealers" Overall a horrible experience.

I just got my 4th CX-5 in 10 years - all from Mazda of

I just got my 4th CX-5 in 10 years - all from Mazda of South Charlotte. Taylor was great to work with. I arrived at the dealership at 845 am on a Saturday for an oil change/tire rotation on my leased 2022 CX-5 with the intention to talk to someone about turning the car in early and getting into a 2025 (because I love having new tech!). Taylor listened to exactly what I wanted in order to make it happen that day and I was driving away in my new CX-5 around noon.

This dealership is fabulous 👌 I saw Peter and he walked me through the buying process, we took a test drive, and he never made feel pressured. It was such a joy to have him as my salesman. I then went to finance who had the funniest coffee mug on desk. ❤️ he too was great. He explained all the paperwork in detail , which made me more comfortable in buying the car and then we got to the interest rates. This dealership bet the interst rate i had from my bank. I was so happy. The young lady at the front was so sweet and nice. She was very pretty and helpful. Everyone there made this process enjoyable and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Thank you so much. 💓

This is my second experience purchasing a vehicle from

This is my second experience purchasing a vehicle from Mazda South Charlotte, and once again, they exceeded expectations. In July 2025, we purchased a Mazda CX-50, which my daughter absolutely loved. Unfortunately, in November 2025, an unlicensed and uninsured driver ran a stop sign, causing a rollover accident. Thankfully, the vehicle's safety features held up remarkably well, and my daughter walked away with only minor injuries. Although the car was totaled, she was eager to replace it with another CX-50. Given the outstanding service we received during our first purchase, we returned to Mazda South Charlotte. While our previous salesperson was no longer there, we were fortunate to work with Elizabeth, who provided excellent assistance. Despite arriving just over an hour before closing, both the sales and finance teams stayed late to finalize the purchase. This level of dedication was particularly appreciated, as we live approximately 45 minutes away. Mazda South Charlotte not only found the exact vehicle we wanted but also worked within our requested payment range while providing a lifetime powertrain warranty. Additionally, we received a military discount and a Mazda loyalty discount, which made the deal even better. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with, and although I regret not recalling his name, the finance manager went above and beyond, even missing his Friday night dinner reservations to assist us. Thanks to their exceptional service, my daughter was able to drive off in her second brand-new Mazda in just six months. I highly recommend Mazda South Charlotte for their professionalism, commitment to customer satisfaction, and willingness to go the extra mile.

I had the pleasure of working with Moe of Mazda South Charlotte, and truly enjoyed my experience! Moe was so kind to me and my family, and the entire staff at South Charlotte Mazda has been nothing but awesome! There's a lot of places "out there" where you can buy a car, but there are not a lot of places that offer kindness, respect and an overall great experience.....South Charlotte Mazda offers all of that. A big shout out to them and to Moe!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Moe worked with us to get us exactly what we were looking for and then some. Moe did a great job in showing me all of the great features of the CX5 and was patient with my many questions. We were also impressed by the seamless transaction dealing with financing. Both Moe and Dakota did a great job and we were out the door with my new care and financing in 2.5 hours. Thank you!

This is the second CX 5 that I have gotten from Mazda of South Charlotte and Moe Bedwan. He knows the product and is not pushy in trying to make a deal. Moe and the sales/finance team once again worked to get the vehicle and sale price to fit my desired payment. I had already visited several other Mazda dealerships closer to my hometown and none of them gave me a price in the ballpark of my desired payment. I highly recommend talking to Moe and Mazda of South Charlotte if you are looking for a new Mazda. Btw, This is my 5th CX-5, they are great vehicles!
