The quality of the car I purchsaed is good, the buying

The quality of the car I purchsaed is good, the buying experience though not as much. Pros: a) Facilities are nice as waiting room. Responsive when contacted after sales. Cons: a) Wait times to complete the transaction. b) Asked for the car to be cleaned before delivery. Not cleaned with interior roof and seat in the back with marks. c) Missing buyer order blocking payment of preperty taxes to get new plate.

My experience at Mazda of South Charlotte was wonderful! Very clean and the staff was friendly. I went in with the intention only to test drive a car and keep my options open, but with the help of Moe Bedwan, I drove it home that evening! Moe was so helpful, patient, and I greatly appreciated his non-salesy approach - which I made a joke about expecting. Moe made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision to purchase my car and I would definitely purchase from him again! I left with a beautiful 2017 Honda CRV that I get excited every morning to drive.

I purchased a CX-5 yesterday.

I purchased a CX-5 yesterday. Not only is the car amazing, the buying experience was as well. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Once I decided on a vehicle I was out the door in just over an hour. That's a record pace for a dealership. I worked with Moe and Jason in sales and Hunter in finance, great guys!. I highly recommend Mazda of South Charlotte for your next car purchase.

What a great experience!

What a great experience! Moe helped us find just the right car, a beautiful CX-5. He took his time and was very patient while explaining and providing instruction on all the features of the car. He is so knowledgeable and approachable, I feel very comfortable contacting him with any questions that may arise. And Hunter made financing a painless, actually pleasant, experience. Can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism we encountered at this impressive dealership. Highly recommended!

I received a coupon in the mail for a “complimentary oil

I received a coupon in the mail for a “complimentary oil change”. I reluctantly scheduled an appointment at the dealership, and when I brought my car in I expected to be bombarded with things my car needed to have done. I appreciate that they just changed my oil and filter, and also rotated my tires. They also inspected tires, battery, belts, fluids, brakes, and AC system, and did not try to upsell me an anything. All of this was done…for free!

This is my second lease from Mazda of South Charlotte.

This is my second lease from Mazda of South Charlotte. The service I have had will keep me coming back.Moe got me the perfect vehicle ,I love my cx-5!! Hunter made the financial part go smoothly, Ryan in service is always great with answering any questions I have.
