Thanks - no hassle experience

It was easy to schedule my service appointment when it was convenient for me - they were ready for me when I arrived and the car was ready by the time they they said it would be. Check out was quick also.

Can’t say enough about my service writer Joseph! The man goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of of you! He is professional, courteous, kind and is always there if you need him. Above all Joseph is dependable and trustworthy. Then there is Ryan the service Mgr.....ditto on everything I just said!

Great shopping experience.

Looking at used cars for our 17 yr old, we wanted something dependable and safe. The timing could not have worked out better. In a matter of three days, Mazda of South Charlotte took a 10 yr old Mazda3 on trade, we happened upon it while it was on the lift, test drove it Monday morning, and picked it up Monday evening. Jim Irwin, our sales guy, drove the car to our home for the test drive, and made sure the detailing was done to our expectations. Really good customer service. Sales Manager, Jesse James, worked closely with Jim on this for us and we appreciate them both. Daughter loves the car, we are happy! This is our third car from Mazda South Charlotte in a year and we couldn't be more pleased.

So so visit turned around

I visited my Mazda dealership to have a trailer hitch installed. We got off to a slow start however, Mazda, being the professionals they are turned a so so visit into a perfect visit. I really appreciated the customer service I received and my service guy Tim. All turned out perfect.

My wife and I had a good experience at Mazda of South...

My wife and I had a good experience at Mazda of South Charlotte. We went in looking to trade a Nissan truck in for a Mazda Miata. Cameron was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Even though he was new to the position he received the assistance he and we needed. It was a pleasant buying experience and we were able to go to Myrtle beach for our anniversary with the top down and the sun shining.

Car due for routine maintenance was performed rece

Very clean facility with professional staff who keep you updated as service is being provided. Can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else. Will more than likely get my next car from here.
