Hands down best experience we've ever had with a

Hands down best experience we've ever had with a dealership. Bought a slighty used 2024 cx30 carbon turbo and it absolutely everything we could have hoped for. Our dealer Israel even called to follow up to make sure every need of ours was fulfilled. If you're looking for a new/used Mazda look no further than Mazda of South Charlotte

I was on the search for the safest car to drive for my

I was on the search for the safest car to drive for my little one and I. I had the pleasure of meeting and receiving the assistance from Moe during my visit to Mazda of south Charlotte. Moe was never pushy or dishonest during our time looking at vehicles. When I chose the vehicle I wanted, he had all the knowledge of the vehicle and its features as well as making sure I knew all the safety features as that was a non negotiable of mine. He was friendly, great with all communication through the whole process start to finish and was very customer focused. He had every best intention of making sure I left feeling safe and happy with my purchase which is exactly what happened. I will most definitely be going back to Moe for his assistance in the future anything auto related.

I highly recommend Mazda of South Charlotte if you're

I highly recommend Mazda of South Charlotte if you're looking for a vehicle in that area. We bought a 2023 Cadillac CT5-V we found online and traveled from South Carolina to North Carolina to pick it up and are very happy with our purchase. The staff there was very friendly.

I have purchased three new cars from Dominic and this dealership. He is very easy to work with and is helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure to purchase, which I appreciate. Dominic is great with follow up as well, making sure that I had a great experience with my new car after my purchase. I highly recommend him and Mazda of South Charlotte! We worked with Raphael as our finance person. He obviously takes pride in getting the paperwork right every time. He was well organized and made sure we understood what we were signing. Overall this was a great car buying experience because of these two gentlemen. Highly recommend!!
