Arrived at Honda on a Thursday afternoon.

Arrived at Honda on a Thursday afternoon. They were able to change my oil that afternoon. Jacob recommended that I also change the transmission fluid, which I did. Process took less than 2 hours. The Service also washed my car, which was a wonderful surprise. Thank you, Jacob and company!!!

Amazing experience!

Amazing experience! Entire process was so smooth and stress-free. Our salesman Bobby was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, answering all our questions and even helping us finding an insurance plan for the car. The pricing was fair and reasonable. We drove over an hour to purchase our car, drawn by the dealership’s fair pricing and salesperson’s exceptional attentiveness. The experience was well worth the trip! Definitely recommend Honda of Covington!!

The experience when purchasing our vehicle could not have been any better. Our salesman Joe was wonderful. We have been so pleased with his customer service he has sold us our last 3 vehicles. We have also had experience with their service department. This experience has also been great.
