Issue with exhaus leak that Idiot a Ram issue.
Issue with exhaus leak that Idiot a Ram issue. It should be covered by the recalls and or warrant, but my Ram was 600 miles past the 60,000 miles it would be only partially covered and the they charged me almost $200 for a diagnostic fee on a qell know issue with Ram.

Fine job on the oil change and tire rotation and
Fine job on the oil change and tire rotation and timeliness of service, but they didn’t check tire pressures or fill my low tire. Left with one tire at 29 PSI.

My sales person was very helpful and nice.
My sales person was very helpful and nice. When I had a problem with the windshield he was quick to fix the problem. However I was a little disappointed with the service team. They had left all four windows rolled down during a rain storm. My Interior was wet.

Picked up my 2023 Jeep Wrangler after getting an oil
Picked up my 2023 Jeep Wrangler after getting an oil change. It had oil all on my inside door panel and on my steering wheel. Not happy. The girl who took care of us played it off that it was no big deal. They also checked out my rear frost on my rear window because one of the lines stoped working. The same line was fixed last September (not even a year ago) and they told me it was my fault it stopped working this time. That is not true and I don’t think I should have been blamed for that. My jeep only has 13,000 miles on it and what happened at my appointment yesterday is completely unacceptable.
