Eric worked with us to finance our new van. He was very accessible, easy to work with and open and honest. He took care of all the paperwork immediately, got our financing in order and met us on a Saturday to sign everything and complete the purchase. Very happy with our experience.

Simply put, my buying experience with Autoflex was so unprofessional and agonizing, that I finally gave up a week into the journey. My "salesperson" took my information, promised a follow-up call that afternoon and then disappeared for 3 days. I requested a different salesperson but was re-directed back to salesperson #1. Despite articulating the three makes/models of cars i was seeking, I was continually presented with options that fell outside my parameters. Even after clarifying that I was not interested in a particular make/model, my salesperson wouldn't give up--saying that it was the best value on the market. After a week, I still did not have a firm quote on a car and was told three different amounts for a downpayment--not three options but rather just one option--with varying amounts. My salesperson could not articulate the differences between leasing and buying and could not explain the details of the Flex Buy program. In short, the experience was a complete waste of my time, and I caution any buyers to consider other options (there are many) before choosing Autoflex

Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Eric made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. I would give 10 STARS if I could. I highly recommend him and this company. He's very honest and answers all your questions. Me and my mother walked out a happy customer.
