Russell Kinney is amazing. I traded in my 23 Camery (leased from D&M) for a 2026 Toyota Tacoma 4x4. I had had the vehicle for less than 2 weeks, and was in an accident that totaled the Tacoma truck.(not my fault), I was rear ended. Russell and the team at D&M jumped in and started working with the insurance company. Russell and team took care of everything. I am back into my new red Tacoma in less than a month. The day after the accident Russell started looking to secure the new truck, he was right there with us informing us on every decision, Russell told me that they would take care of all the details and they did. Chad was extremely helpful and quick in finding me a truck that fits my needs and budget. He was very communicative and detailed with what he was getting me. Will was great! We have two vehicles that we leased through D&M that received heavy hail damage. Will was on top of replacing my car immediately and placed a hold on it. He monitored the insurance claim process with us. He educated us on what happens if the car was a total loss. Thanks to Will and the total loss team, I had my new car in days of the insurance finalizing the total loss and provide a rental car. He meet me at the rental location near me with my new car. This is why we are loyal D&M customer for over 15 years. Great customer service that we can count on.
