Needed a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited..... Talked with David about my requirements (that he provided "great" input on and we changed some specs - taking into account what I "thought" I needed"- then left it up to him to find me a vehicle..... Within 2 days - he had exactly what I wanted and at the price I was looking for.... He arranged financing - and compared 3 different lenders for me to choose from. New vehicle was in Dallas and ready for delivery within 3 days of "pulling the trigger". Aftermarket addition of a trailer hitch got messed by non-delivery of parts to Auto-Flex by the supplier.... so David made arrangements to provide " accommodations " that lessened my "pain" considerably... For Customer Service and reliability - I rate them a 10 out of 10.... Would I buy/lease my next vehicle from Autoflex?? Absolutely!!!! Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made in 40 years..... After years of my husband begging me to give Autoflex a try, I finally did and boy am I glad! Why was I leasing cars the hard way from a dealership for over a dozen years when I could have done it the easy way with Gabriella, David and Eric at Autoflex?! I guess I thought there was no way it would really be as easy as they say in the commercials, but it really really was! Gabriella brought several different cars to my work at a convenient time for me to test drive, and it wasn’t long before I found the perfect car for me! They really listened to what I was looking for (size, color, engine, features, price) and let me try several different makes. Then when I found my fit, they worked to get me an incredible deal in my budget. Then, icing on the cake, the nicest guy (Mike West) came out with me to the car after I signed the papers and patiently showed me how to use all the slick features on my new car. NO Dealership has ever done that for me before. I can tell you for sure that next time my lease is up I will be using Autoflex, no doubt about it.
