Bad Service horrible Sales people

We purchased a car from this dealer and had been nothing but problems, they had told us that there was an O2 censor that need to be replaced which is why the check engine light had been on. I had the vehicle fully inspected from a very well known dealer and they found that it was not the O2 sensors, it was the Catalytic Converter. Which for the car we purchase was $1,000 just for the part because it needed a complete system from the engine all the way to the exhaust. Then it also was in major need of 4 new tires which were all dry rotting, that costs another $300.00, then the oil pan gasket leaks so that to need replaced, along with the drive belts, which were cracking. We then contacted Jim and told him about the inspection that was done and basically laughed in our face saying that toyota dealers don't know what they were talking about. He then tried to get me to pay for a new catalytic converter but then offered to fix it at no costs to me. But tried to play it off as if that was the only problem with that vehicle had. He said I needed to pay him to fix everything else. Throughout this whole process Jim was being very rude and totally unprofessional getting loud with us and swearing in front of our children. He had also mentioned that he didn't have to do anything but really he does because he first of all lied about the check engine light saying it was the O2 sensors that were bad. He had also mentioned that he had drove this car over a month knowing the check engine light was on. When we purchase the vehicle he had shut the check engine light off not fixing the problem just shutting it off. Making me think that it was fixed. They do not fix vehicles they get for trade in and HORRIBLE service! Do not buy from them EVER! RUN!

Nice service recovery!

Purchased a car from this dealer only to find out within a month that the engine needed a major and expensive repair. Rather than attempt the repair and rendering the vehicle into an unpredictable condition, an alternate vehicle was offered at a reduced price. A win-win and left us very happy. Nice job, Jim, Mark, and Ron.

RoadRunner Car review

We were shopping for a used car for our daughter and I happened to stop in to RoadRunner Auto and spoke with Ron, Dave and Jim the owner. We were able to find a car that our daughter loves and they were able to get her financed at a good rate and payment and the whole process was very smooth. They even worked with us on the down payment so we could make installments. Not many places would do this. They made this process very smooth and treated our daughter and all of us very professionally and with a personal touch.

Seemed like good guys. Dealt well and gave a limited guarantee for any breakage.

When my mom went to get an oil change I was about a month away from getting my license. So I was just curious to see if they had any cheap vehicles available to sell. My mom and dad go there all the time so we know the people who work there pretty well. Within that night I got my first car for a great deal! I appreciate the hard work and respect that the workers at Roadrunner Auto put into to fix our vehicles and how they have a great relationship with the people they provide services to.

Pleasant Experience

We were looking for a SUV with a 3rd row seat with room enough for the grandkids. While driving by I notice a nice looking SUV on the lot. My daughter and her husband had brought a truck from them and were please with their experience at the initial sell as well as the maintenance service after the sell. When my wife and I stopped in for a closer look we found it to be a very friendly place with no pressure to buy. We brought a vehicle from them and have been just as pleased with our experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Road Runner Auto to anyone looking for a quality car from an honest dealership.

Good deal, Nice Dealership, Friendly Salesmen !!

Have been looking for a 4wd Suv with 3rd row seating. When we arrived at Road Runner we were not run over or rushed by a bunch of salesmen. We were givin time to look and walk around. Was a nice change from other dealers. Jim and Dave did a good job of showing us the suv and they were laid back when it was time to negoiate the price. We will send all of our friends and family to Jim and Dave at Road Runner Auto. Thanks Guys

Great Car Buying Exp.

Thanks to the staff at Road Runner Auto, They let us come in out of the rain. Broght the car into the service department, Let us stay dry and showed us the car.
