A wonderful buying experience

I had not visited this dealership before, although I did explore their website. I enjoyed the personal service and small family owned atmosphere. My salesperson, Walt, was easy to work with. Love my new Xt5!

Customer service in Service department is not that great. The gentleman, I think it's time for him to retired he's Service is bad.

Great Experience

Today was the first time we had ever visited Capitol. It was also my personal first Cadillac purchase (husband owned one with 222k miles before retired) and it was our salesman's, Paul, first sale at Capitol ...so, with a day full of first - we could not be more pleased. The management (David) and Sales (Paul) were not only professional, but also personable. Honestly, this was the first time I have ever bought a car and enjoyed the experienced. I came home excited and not exhausted, or questioning if we did the right thing or got the best deal..... Again, could not be more pleased and we would highly recommend Paul and Capitol (Cadillac of Dublin).
