Read reviews that mention:
Denise Gurnack at Sunnyside was very helpful in helping us get the truck we needed to pull our new fifth wheel at a price we could afford
Made us feel at home. Honest dealer we were looking at one vehicle and the dealer was very honest and told us it needed work. But had another great vehicle... to fit our needs. I would highly recommend.
Sunny side Chevrolet is by far the most straight forward Dealership I have ever been too. Rick Belsito should deserve A promotion as to how well he... cares about the customer. Wish there were more like him around. He is VERY professional. Not like other dealerships I was at looking for a new 2500HD where the salespeople are like clowns that think people are really Stupid and fall for their lines of crap. It's amazing how many dealers have these kinds of salespeople. - Carmen
Thanks so much for this fantastic review Carmen! We appreciate your acknowledgement of Rick Belsito and Sunnyside Chevrolet!
Denise and the team at Sunnyside Chevrolet went above and beyond to assist me! I drove off with the car that fits my needs and have being loving it!!
Gave upfront honest information, very helpful, fair prices and negotiations, and provided transport from the airport as I came all the way from WI to purchase.... As nervous as buying a car over the phone without seeing or test driving it was, I would buy from Sunnyside again. A big Thank You to everyone there!
The staff at Sunnyside sure are a great group of people, they know how to deliver service "Sunnyside UP!" Thank You Diana Tait, for always helping me... from sales to service :)
Mandi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this kind review! We can't wait to be of service again soon!
I'll be honest. Never knew anyone here before I contacted them but this is one of the most professionally run and friendly dealerships I've ever been to.... My dad worked at a dealership as a parts guy for over 40 years and I work for a major local tire and car repair company. I originally called Sam their used car manager but they couldn't find me a used impala premier I wanted so they directed me to Rick Belsito who was as professional as they come. Rick has been with the Sunnyside group for almost 20 years. Tenure says a lot about a company and how good someone is at their job. I would recommend Rick and although I didn't buy a car from Sam. He was also super helpful to me and if you're in the market for a used car he's the man to see. I will recommend this dealership to others and will be coming here from now on for any chevy vehicles I buy.
They trashed my show room 2012 Grand Sport Corvette. Ruined the leather driver`s seat by the 300+ 6`4``supposedly Mechanic getting in and out at least... 20 times while recharging the A/C and trouble shooting the power top as to why it failed only after 3 uses. I bought the car off the show room floor at Voss Chevy. It had 4k miles on it when I too it Sunny side . The beige leather seats were so FILTHY when I got it back , they looked grey. Any body that filthy had to work on the lube rack ! I know, I had that job at a Chevy dealership ! My new high $$$ floor mat was greased up on the passenger side ( I always keep a white towel on the drivers side so not to soil the mat, same with the seat. I removed the towel when I took it there on the driver`s seat. (I`m 5`7`` and about 150#`s at that time. Seat was like new !!! (keep my cars in GREAT SHAPE !! (Have a 1966SS396 original paint I bought new 21 k miles on it )That should tell you something about my care of cars . And a 2002 Trail Blazer ordered special as a retirement present, still looks new; low, LOW miles. Any way, they also trashed the fuse box cover under the hood either when they did the A/C or trouble shooting the power top . ( all scraped and scratched up.)OR some one swapped it out for a Junk cover. ( they are about $ 300 bucks ! And to ad insult to injury , when they called and said it was done, BUT!!! When they parked it out back at closing time , the engine light came on !!! I knew that was BS. And in the morning they changed their story to OHHHH !!!! The engine light came on when they drove it to the front to be picked up !! Sound familiar any one ??? !! I requested to talk to the service Mgr. They told me he`s on vacation. Then let me speak to who`s in charge now. they said it was the new car mgr. If I remember correctly ; said OK, wait a minute ;;A few minutes later , they stated they could not find him.. I was HOT!! I said that check engine light BETTER be out when I get up there. Let me talk to the owner please; Bob or who ever I was speaking to, said he`s gone for a couple months ;;I hung up and called the receptionist and asked who the owner of Sunny Side was and I wanted to speak to him. SHE says; I don`t know who the owner is ! I said, you work there and don`t know who the owner is ??? !!SO, I picked the car up and guess what ? The check engine light went out. Moving forward, when I said about the greasy seats ; they said drive up to the detail shop and they will clean the floor mat AND the seats, which they did. So that still left me with the wrinkled up driver`s seat and the trashed fuse box cover. Mr. Lester , the service manager told me to bring it up again. He looked at the fuse box, and said he`d research it. And he`d get back to me, which he NEVER did; And about the seat; I could tell by the look on his face, he knew the 300+ pounder who worked on it ruined the seat and who ever else was driving it. My license plate , which I keep on the front Pass. floor (I don`t run a front plate, was bent up so much, I could not believe it! I could go on, but I`m 73+ now and my typing finger is worn out !! DID I mention I have worked on my own cars, since age 15, drag raced at #42 and Norwalk, Thompson , and Detroit drag strip and built my own car back in the day for Lorain County Speed Way ? And have 7 Chevy`s at home ! Oh, almost forgot, I`m a retired mechanic . (30 years !) They thought they had a live one because of my age. Cheers ! Donovan Dahl Sr. PS: I want the seat cover replaced and the fuse box (under the hood ) replaced and I`d like to talk to the owner, which I think is a very fine man. Thanks for your time in reading ;;;off my soap box for now !
Thank you for addressing your concerns. We hope that we have resolved this problem for you! Thank you for your business.
Came in and saw the car I wanted and left with it. couldn't pass up on the deal. Rick was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable.
My husband and I looked for a vehicle to tow behind our Class C RV for about 2 months. We found the one we like at Sunnyside Chevrolet and called and... spoke with Brad. We told him we were interested in a vehicle on his lot and would be driving from Michigan (3 hours) to test drive. We told him if we decided to buy, we needed to be out the door in no more than 2 hours...as we all know, this 2 hour purchase window requirement is NEVER met so we were VERY skeptical. Brad assured us and scheduled an appointment and when we got there the car was clean and ready to test drive. He was very friendly and hospitable and knew his product and his job. We did decide to buy, in part because of Brad, and boy were we amazed, he had all his ducks in a row. He had us out the door in 1 hour 50 minutes. How?? I have never had such a smooth and effortless transaction...buying cars usually takes half a day at best. Additionally, he did 2 followup calls with us to ensure everything was as we expected. We are VERY happy with Brad, his knowledge, his effort, and his customer service. I'm giving 5 stars and a big BRAVO to Brad and Sunnyside Chevrolet!!!
Sometimes there's a review that comes along that just blows us out of the water. Here's the perfect example of just that! Getting you in and out as ...promised was a HUGE priority of ours since you made such a massive commitment to us by driving so far to our dealership. Brad and Sunnyside Chevrolet would like to thank you for your business and such an amazing review!
