Dealership was not what was expected, however vehicle was exactly as described in ad. Took them a little bit of time to get the vehicle ready to testdrive, even though I had arranged day before for the time. Testdrive went ok, nothing was out of ordinary. Sat down to discuss financing and they were very forthcoming with what the options were. We didn't buy the vehicle as we couldn't get the price right. That being said, I would visit that dealership again if we could make a deal.

Was looking for a nissan altima for a couple of weeks. I saw the car on cars.com and called them. Got all the information I needed and went to see it. The car was exactly what i needed at the price i wanted. The sales guy did not try to play games with me which was a fresh relief. I financed the car through my bank and got the car next day. Had it for two weeks now and I am happy.

The more amazing part, the insurance check took longer than expected to come in and DFW MotorCars worked with us and were flexible, giving us the time we needed to get square with them. There was no hassel & no stress. They were very professional throughout the entire process. We love our car and would recommend DFW MotorCars to anyone looking to buy. It was a great buying experience, buying from great folks.

I was very pleased with the no hassle service I received at DFW Motorcars. I contacted them by email after seeing a 2010 Chevy Corvette Grand Sport posted on the DFWmotorcars.com website just prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. The very next day I received a call from Marios who was very pleasant and had plenty of information to share about the vehicle. The following day I met Marios to test drive the vehicle. He was extremely gracious during the test drive allowing me the freedom to perform a complete shakedown of the vehicle. We completed my test drive, I shook Marios hand and told him he had a deal. With the holiday just around the corner Marios went out of his way by making special arrangements for me to pick up my vehicle in time before the long holiday weekend. This being my fist sports car I was very happy to also share the experience with my family that were also in town at that time. Several photographs later of the vehicle changing owners and signed paperwork our transaction was complete. I visited twice. Once to test drive and inspect the car and a second time to check out some tech details on the car and get the paperwork I needed to complte the financing through my credit union. On both visits I was treated with respect, with no pressure and no sales tricks or gimmicks. Best car buying experience ever. Mario was my salesman. Highly recommend him.

I purchased a vehicle from DFW Motorcars. I had a couple issues with my SUV a few weeks after I purchased it. I was relieved to hear them say no problem come on by. I was back in my vehicle in no time. Great store Great service.

Jacked up the price from what was on the internet, very unprofessional and rude. Women beware they will try to jack up price.
