Great Service

I purchased a vehicle from DFW Motorcars. I had a couple issues with my SUV a few weeks after I purchased it. I was relieved to hear them say no problem come on by. I was back in my vehicle in no time. Great store Great service.

Horrible - don't be a women looking for a car here

Jacked up the price from what was on the internet, very unprofessional and rude. Women beware they will try to jack up price.

We are glad we received this review because it gives us the opportunity to clarify a few things. We do our very best to secure financing for our customers but our ability to do so highly depends on our customers credit. We do not control the financing fees lenders charge due to bad credit. As much as we would like to approve every single customer with a 3.9% interest rate or lower, the sad reality is that we cannot. Lenders assign interest rates and associated financing fees based on an individual?s credit and we cannot guarantee that we can secure financing for every single customer. What we do guarantee is the quality of our vehicles and that we will do everything in our power to get you the best possible financing for your credit situation.

Just purchased our second vehicle through dfw motorcars. We got a Ford truck for me last November and now a 2011 Nissan Altima for my wife. The fact we went back for our second car says it all. Completely satisfied.

Great Experience

This was by far the quickest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. After looking for a truck for almost a month I bought my 2008 Ford F150 through them and it is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended!

Outstanding Customer Service

Last month, I went to DFW Motor Cars to look and test drive a VW Beetle for my brother-in-law and sister who live in Amarillo. I made the appt. online through their website, and Marios was waiting when I arrived. DFW MC's is located on Main Street in Grand Prairie, amongst a lot of other used car lots. What stood out to me was the quality of cars on the DFW MC lot. There were some very nice ones, ranging from convertibles to SUVs to pick-up trucks. The VW Beetle was no exception. It was spotless, inside and out! Marios let me test drive the car several miles (I hate when salesmen limit you to a few blocks because you can't really get a good idea of the car IMO). Also, I had a little trouble finding the lot because I had plugged the wrong address into my phone. I stopped at a car repair company to ask for help. While there, I asked if the people would mind me driving the car to their store (if the salesman would let me) so they could take a look at the engine to see if anything looked bad, worn out, etc. They were happy to help. So when I test drove the car, I asked Marios if he would let me drive it to the repair place and let a certified mechanic look at it. Marios had no problem with it! YAY! The mechanic looked over the engine, hoses, belts, tires, etc. and said it looked great! YAY! When we got the car back to the lot, Marios gave me the CarFax report and his business card. There was never a 'hard sell' tactic or anything else. Frankly, as a woman, I was so impressed with the way he talked to and treated me! And, since Marios knew the actual decision would be made by someone else, he even 'held' the car for us so no one would buy it. I got back home, called my family in Amarillo, gave them the rave review (along with the info the certified mechanic said about the engine) and urged them to buy the car from Marios. I just felt that comfortable and confident this was the man/company we wanted to work with. A week later, we had the car in our hands! YAY! It was a great experience and DFW Motor Cars will be the first place I go next time I need a car.

Fast and painless car buying experience

I called the sales manager about a 2010 Mazda 3 we were looking to buy for our daughter. We agreed on the price over the phone and showed up at the dealership next day. We test drove the vehicle which was practically new and within 30 min we were driving the car home. Last time I bought a car I spent almost four hours at the dealership and the entire process was extremely aggravating. Highly recommend them.

used 2008 ES 350 lexus

Recently bought a used 2008 ES 350 Lexus. the whole process was excellent and not as time consuming as other dealers. Mario was very pleasant and professional. Very happy with purchase.

Great car buying experience

I found a 2008 BMW 550i on their website that was exactly what I was looking for. When I visited the lot, the car was as advertised and in very good condition. The sales manager was great to deal with. This car still has a factory warranty and I could have paid several thousand more at one of the dealerships for a similar car, but how nice the showroom is or free starbucks coffee wasn't worth that much to me. Overall a very good experience.
