Title: Deceptive Pricing and Poor Response from Sales Team I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Braman Hyundai in Miami, FL. I was interested in purchasing a 2025 Genesis G80 that was advertised at $29,577, with the MSRP listed at $64,395, as clearly shown in their online Carfax-powered listing. Based on this, I initiated contact and shared my personal documents and interest in buying the vehicle. However, the dealership later sent me a quote for over $79,000, which included an unexplained increase in the vehicle price and excessive fees and taxes. When I raised the issue and referenced FTC guidelines (16 CFR Part 233) and Florida deceptive trade practices laws, I received no clear explanation. I followed up with the sales consultant and even emailed the General Sales Manager—but never received a response. This behavior raises serious concerns regarding bait-and-switch tactics and transparency in pricing. I urge other consumers to document all communications and advertised prices, and to proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership. I had hoped to complete this transaction in good faith, but unless the dealership honors its advertised pricing or provides a reasonable explanation, I will be moving forward with formal complaints to the FTC, Florida Attorney General, and BBB.

I bought myself the Genesis GV70 2022, from Braman Hyundai found it on CarGurus. My 1st salesman ended up being Guillermo and he treated me very well originally. The next few phone calls after my purchase I notice his attitude changed but never the less I brushed it off. When I had to return a few days later I called 1st, same dismissive attitude & once I reached there I brought it his attention. He apologized but again twice after that on a phone call he was very dismissive. Rush to tell me he has to take a call & he call me back and hung up. Never heard back and this was the second time he’s done that. Funny we seemed like we clicked prior to me purchasing my vehicle. Love my car but rather someone else got the commission!!

i called them to ask for teal pictures of the vehicle he said ill send itvin 10 minutes i waited 4 days never got them i callled again i got a manager he said he just looked at the car because its in for service so he said ill take pictures now and text that never happened either the next day i asked for the general mananager only to be told thats be gone it eas sent to auction absolutely disgusting and complete complete liars mr brahman should know about this

THIS DEALERSHIP HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN I PURCHASED A CAR IN JUNE/24, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS THAT I SIGNED, BUT WOULD GET THEM TO ME ASAP. THEY ALSO SAID THEY WOULD SUPPLY ME WITH A SECOND KEY, THAT WAS MISSING. IN ADDITION, THEY SAID THAT THEY WOUD REIMBERSE ME FOR THE TRANSPORTATION TO THE DEALERSHIP TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE OF THE CAR. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM NUMEROUS TIMES OVER THE PAST 75 DAYS AND HAVE HAD LITTLE RESPONSE. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED ANY OF THE MESSAGES THAT I HAVE LEFT. DAVID GILCHRIST
