Amazing people !! Amazing customer service !! Every time I am at Ford , for whatever reason there is , everything is smooth sailing , in & out!! Larson Ford is a great dealership.

Larson Ford is a great dealership. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly, even the mechanics The dealership sends you a video from the mechanics when the cars back in the bay and The Mechanic tell you what they’re going to do. So the only place I will get my car serviced

Brought my 2012 escape to Celebrity ford in Toms River

Brought my 2012 escape to Celebrity ford in Toms River because my mechanic said the front caliper boots were leaking and they did the repair work 2 months before. Celebrity had car all day never called me, I had to drive there to find out the problem. They told me loose bleeder valve on drivers side. When I asked about passenger side got a blank stare. So after the new year I took it to Larson Ford for a check engine light and asked them to check the brakes since Celebrity couldn’t be bothered. Well with in 30 the service writer Chris came out with a video showing me the bleeder valve on drivers side had failed and was pumping brake fluid out on rotor and caliper. They replace the caliper and brake pads then noticed the passenger side boot was leaking as well. It took an extra day to replace that caliper because had to wait for the part. Chris and Larson Ford kept me informed and listen to my concerns. I plan on retiring in a couple of years and will be getting a new car. I will go to Larson Ford even though celebrity is right by my house. If Larson’s sales people and half as good as their service people I know it will be a great experience.

Can’t say enough good things about the team at Larson

Can’t say enough good things about the team at Larson Ford. Tim, Bobby, and Tracey were fantastic. This is the second vehicle this year we’ve gotten from Larson (5th overall) and we drive in from Northern Pennsylvania- that alone should tell you the quality of the service we receive at Larson. Wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!
