What a great buying experience. Erica and the team at Johnson Ford have been the best. From the initial email to the final hand shake, it was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. You can buy with confidence at Johnson Ford. Shop with the small business, family owned businesses for the greatest experience.

My buying experience at Johnson Ford was the best I have ever had! Erica was my salesperson and she delivered on everything that she promised. All the people I dealt with during the purchase were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle and I would ask for Erica Findley to be my sales rep! Sincerely Mike Engle.

I like working with Erica and Johnson Ford.

I like working with Erica and Johnson Ford. I found them to be honest, conscientious, and straightforward. Might seem like a small thing, but as a personal matter, I prefer to communicate via email or text. In my car search, I worked with a lot of different dealerships and it’s shocking How many would basically refuse to communicate in writing. Erica was very helpful in that regard and I appreciate it very much.

I highly recommend doing your research prior to reaching

I highly recommend doing your research prior to reaching out to these folks, and know what you want. Why? because you will realize the gold that this Ford dealership is. Lets discuss: Dealership Fees Aftermarket "Appearance" Coverage Dealership initiated aftermarket work to vehicles. Extra filing && 3rd party tagging fees. Non-Factory Extended warranties. Customer Certificates (Dealerships ripping you off of money the manufacturer has already awarded you.) True Invoice vs. "Invoice" vs. MSRP. (I did not finance...so nothing associated to that listed.) All these shenanigans are dramatically reduced or entirely absent at this dealership. I don't think my experience with them was a mistake, nor a one off. This tight nit small group of dealership employees obviously want to be an honest and transparent dealership. With the few comments I heard, it seems the owner has provided the leadership that his dealership is going to make its money in an honest way (The hard way). This means to the customer that they'll cut the deal to move the metal to make the money. On the flip side, as a customer, you need to have done your research to know you've just been cut a deal that others will never give you, that you should jump on. Do your research. Talk to other dealerships and carefully review their out of door prices. I'm only one experience, but I think you'll find these are the people you want to buy your Ford from. Brandon, Erica, and Rob were great. All the best.
