May never go back
Dropped my vehicle off the night before for service so they’d have it all day. I asked them to call me with estimate of work. Received a text at 10:30 am from service advisor that they’d provide updates. By 3:30 pm no one had called me. When I finally called them for a status, they hadn’t even done any of the work as they said additional repairs were needed. They needed to keep my car another day, but not sure why they never called to advise. I was very frustrated and felt they didn’t value me as a customer. Plus the pricing for the repairs seemed outrageous. I understand it’s a dealership, but it seemed way beyond. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of communication. I didn’t have a loaner, so at 3:30 pm without a call to advise the work that was needed, they just presumed they could keep my car. another day. I didn’t have time to create a backup plan. Not sure I would ever return to the dealership due to such poor communication, unprofessionalism , and, perhaps, what I would consider price gouging. Not happy at all with this experience.
