The service department has always worked quickly & efficiently to service my Forester; however, on my most recent visit, Steve worked tirelessly to make sure that I would not be inconvenienced by 2 repairs that needed extra time. He was friendly, accessible, & on top the problems from the moment he checked me in to the moment the work was completed.

This review is a little bit different because I had a
This review is a little bit different because I had a 2017 outback that I love dearly in for service with 110,000 miles on it, and during all those years, the only maintenance that I had to do was brake pads and new tires, I always try to keep the car clean and I always put high test gas in her. Service was excellent. Steve and service department kept me informed the whole time and brought to my attention that I was going to need new tires and that there was an issue with the rear end . And other little things that needed to be done in the coming months, I had no intention at the time trading my car in, but, I asked Sharon Coppola the manager of the dealership who was wishing me a good morning. If I could get a price on one of the cars I had seen on the lot she immediately turned me over to James and asked him to run the numbers. Lo and behold I traded my baby and got a fantastic trade it in price and a nice discount on a new outback for me. Jim been over backwards to show me all the new bells and whistle in the car and assisted me with all the paperwork made all the calls to the insurance company and motor vehicles , he really went out of his way, and he seemed quite happy to do it. I can’t think of enough and before I left Sharon Coppola the manager came over to make sure everything was fine and I told her how kind and hard-working Jim was for me. Thanks again Paul Miller Subaru they don’t Come any better

Okay. On on a search for son’s first car. He had picked the WRX and the Challenger. We visited dealerships that had the vehicles. The WRX was in poor condition and the challenger was fine but not for him. Enter Paul Miller. We stopped by and they didn’t have a WRX but the salesman was awesome. Ask for Ertis Pratt if you go in. Provided an option that my son liked very much and became option 1B. We ended finding a WRX and went with that. BUT, my wife is a Subaru owner last two cars. This one is coming to an end. We will buy our next Subaru from Ertis. Thank you for a pleasant experience and the way you treated my son and us.
