Recently bought: Used 2022 Chevrolt Bolt EV.

Recently bought: Used 2022 Chevrolt Bolt EV. I've been to a lot of dealers and had poor experiences, so I was relieved at how great things were at Pierre Chevrolet with Tony. Very direct and honest people here. They did not pressure me into extras, and had reasonable pricing. Tony went over and above to ensure everything got taken care of for me, including addressing a couple issues. They are committed to treating the customer well, and I would definitely come back here for business in the future.

We had an amazing experience working with friendly

We had an amazing experience working with friendly salesperson Tommy who got the car ready before we arrived! It was a pleasure working with Pierre team Aldo and Karar making deal happen. This has been our second purchase at this store for the past 2 years. Highly recommended Pierre Chevrolet of Seattle

I live out of state and inquired about a vehicle.

I live out of state and inquired about a vehicle. We agreed on a price. I allow them to get me approved from one of their lenders. After that I never heard from my sales person again his name was Pierre. Worst sales person I’ve ever encountered

AVOID, especially if traveling any distance - This

AVOID, especially if traveling any distance - This untrustworthy and reckless sales staff will do anything to make a few extra bucks. After breaking their word on a prenegotiated out the door price, Tommy and the sales manager attempted to pressure me into committing tax fraud by reporting a false sales price to the IRS for the EV tax credit. The sales manager said they do it all the time to receive tax credits on purchases that would not otherwise qualify. If they are willing to put you at that much risk for $225 worth of dealer fees, then what other corners are they willing to cut to make a buck? Avoid at all costs.

SHADY / CHEATING SALES TACTICS!

SHADY / CHEATING SALES TACTICS! STAY AWAY !!! Our sales rep (Jimmy) showed us a sales proposal for a Mazda, where he knowingly inflated the price of the state license fee by more than $1,200 PRIOR to any discussion about pricing or discounts. These are state taxes that cannot be altered by a sales rep, they are what they are. Now the the list price including taxes is $1,200 higher than it should be, before we even start to counter offer. We didn't catch that scam, so he has room to let us offer a discount. He immediately accepted our new offer (after a very short visit with the manager so the manager is onto this sales xx as well). Since he had already inflated the sales price he was now selling us the car at full list price - even tho he has accepted our lower counter offer and we think we're getting it about $1,500 off list. It wasn't until we had signed the sales agreement and were on our way back home (in our original vehicle, not the new Mazda) to get our checkbook we had forgotten before we realized that we were moments away from paying full list price. We were outraged. We returned, tossed Jimmy the signed sales agreement and his car keys and left. I WOULDN'T TRUST THESE GUYS ABOUT ANYTHING.

Wow.

Wow. Freaking wow. And not in a great way. My husband and I purchased a used equinox which I will say was beautiful. Our sales rep was actually amazing poor gentleman showed up to work after being hit by a car. That experience was great. Now enter the slimy finance manager who tried to throw on a 1900 dollar warranty service and flat out told us it was part of the cost of the vehicle. We specifically asked how it worked and was again told. It's included. It's only after we did the numbers that we found it was an additional charge. They did the right thing and removed it. Now move on to us wiring the final payment and them delivering the car. The gentleman who brought the car was very sweet and amazing, even made it happen after getting a flat. Today we go to use the vehicle to pick up our niece and nephew, gas light turns on and like anyone we pull into the gas station to put gas. Here's where it gets interesting. There is a lock on the gas cap. Look around everywhere panicking hoping the dealership left the key in the glove box or something. Noooope. No such luck. We call the dealership after almost being stranded on the side of the road with 2 kids. The MANAGER tells us. "We'll It's a used car so..." excuse me. So your telling me you didn't think to check that we had a xxxx key to be able to put gas in the vehicle you just sold us. We were hoping it was just an oversight and they would remedy the issue. Oh no, not at all. Just told on repeat "well it's a used car, just get a screwdriver and pop the lock. "Wow. Just wow. I've been in customer service and escalations in corp America for 20+ years and have never seen such horrible service. This will be the last Chevy we ever buy. And we will never buy any vehicle from the pierre name again.

Super responsive and followed up regularly after my

Super responsive and followed up regularly after my initial inquiry. But the advertisement on Cars.com was misleading. The price on their listing was ~$8,000 less than the listing for the same car on their site (which was the actual price.) I think that was misleading. So, people were nice and responsive but the price was untrue.

Andrew and the service team did a great job of taking

Andrew and the service team did a great job of taking care of my vehicle. It is always a pleasure to take me Suburban in for service at your dealership. I am always treated as a valued customer. If any discounts are available they are applied without my asking.

Courteous.

Courteous. Quick. Efficient. This was my second regular maintenance appointment. I appreciate their excellent service, done in less than 20 minutes.
