Best Dealership Experience

I encountered three other dealers in my quest to purchase a Lexus IS250. High pressure tactics and closed ended email responses killed my interest in the others. I put a dollar amount on the table and my credit score. There was a definite intention to spend some cash. Pierre Chevrolet worked with me the way my schedule required. I needed to start and end the deal over email. Not a problem! In the end, the car I chose was sold by a sister dealership of Pierre. They scrambled and found a way to keep me as a customer. I drove away very happy. My family and I live in Puyallup. If given the opportunity I would purchase from Pierre Chevrolet again.

Test drive and purchase of 2018 Bolt

Kyle was fantastic, very knowledgeable. I have purchased many cars and he was the best salesman I have worked with at a dealership. I would highly recommend him if you are shopping for a new Chevy.

Service

Great service representatives with good knowledge of the problem your vehicle is facing!! They explain what future work hast to be done and they’re very honest and letting you know if you really needed done right away or if it can wait.

Great customer service.

This dealership really cares about you, your car and the reason you brought it in for service. They take care of you and greet you by name. Your not a number and that is awesome.

Oil change,etc.

I was just in for an oil change and another minor issue. The only little thing I can pick on was that he didn't top off the washer fluid. This time of year it is kind of important and I was able to add at least a quart to top it off once I got home.

Test ride

The vehicle I was interested in was ready and the salesman was not pushy the test went well and I purchased the Acadia They took care of my concerns promptly

The service group is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They took my car right at my scheduled appointment time and the car was ready on the time they promised.

No responce onece I singed

At firts, I'm waving the sales parson's offer that if I give him 5 star, he will give me one tank of gas. I bought a new car with about 45K worth, and when I ask question about the car, I got no responce. I sent email twice and called three time within a week. I have not got back, yet. I already resolved problem by calling another dealer with ten minutes on a phone. The sales parson does not know the car he was saling, it was 3rd day they had this car at the lot, but he should have been studyung. There ware few pople smoking near electric charger at the store, and it was unpleasant to smell it. Moreover, I ask the parts center to get quote on extra parts and labor, and I had not got back from him too. I have never been to this unpreasant transaction, I wish I could retern this car to the dealer, so I can buy it in different dealer.

REPLACING MY NEW CAR AFTER BEING DEEMED TOTALED

IN OCT 2017 I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE FROM BILL PIERRE MITSUBISHI. AFTER 3 WEEKS AND NOT EVEN MAKING MY FIRST PAYMENT OR EVEN GETTING MY LICENCE PLATES I WAS HIT BE A HIT & RUN DRIVER. THERE WAS SO MUCH DAMAGE TO THE CAR BUT NO ONE IN THE CAR WAS HURT. i COULN'T SHOP FOR A NEW CAR UNTIL THE INSURANCE DEEMED IT TOTAL. SINCE I HAD SUCH A TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH THE DEALERSHIP I CAME BACK FOR MY NEXT NEW CAR. EVEN THOUGH MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXTREMELY DIFFERENT i WAS STILL ABLE TO GET INTO A CAR AND DRIVE AWAY ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. i WANT TO GIVE A BIG SHOUT OUT TO JOE IN FINANCING FOR EVERYTHING HES DOING AND EVERYTHING THAT HE HAS DONE FOR ME AND THAT HE DESERVES A HUGE RECOGNITION FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND.

You delivered what you promised

I went to 7 different Chevrolet dealerships looking for a new truck. I told them what I wanted and the price and all said come in. Non of them were able to give me the price we agreed to before I showed up. Bill Pierre was different. They did what they said they would. I would go back to them again, not the other 7.
