Had a great car buying experience overall.. Called told them what I wanted, they said come down was able to get the car quick and easy. Every one was helpful and friendly. I am in a bankruptcy right now and was given the run around by a lot of dealerships, not the case here. My only complaint is one of the speakers is blown on my car.Will definitely see these guys again when I need another vehicle.

This is probably the most unusual experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. I bought a used hybrid and I immediately had to take it back because of noise issues with the brakes. I took it back to Bill Pierre, they inspected it and said the brakes were fine and the vehicle was safe to drive; the brake pads had 6mm, and I should set up a time for Toyota to perform warranty repair for the noise. A few days later, Toyota informed me that the brakes were so bad that the car was unsafe to drive; they would not give it back to me. I had Toyota show me the brake pads and they were worn so thin, even the metal thing that makes noise was worn out. Bill Pierre gave me a nice loaner car while the warranty work was being done; it was only a year old, but that car's air conditioner didn't work. I have to question their service department's resolve and knowledge in inspecting their used vehicles. If you purchase a used car from this dealership, be sure to have a mechanic look over the car before buying it. To Bill Pierre's credit; they have done a good job trying to make this right (the only reason they got three stars). They are replacing the brake pads and have given me a different loaner car. Bill Pierre currently has my car and I have now driven a loner car for more days than I drove the hybrid I purchased. I am sure this will all work out. I hope they resolve whatever issues they have with their service department as it is a big tarnish spot on an otherwise great experience.

It was a pleasant experience for me. They made it easy by knowing what exactly I am looking for and my budget limits. I like the car so far :)

I needed to get a larger vehicle for my business, but I still had pretty bad credit and no money down. But the team at Bill Pierre were very encouraging and professional from start to finish, explaining every detail of the process and showing me exactly why I was signing each document. I am very happy with the deal I got and will continue to shop there in the future whenever I need another car or truck.

The staff at Bill Pierre Chevrolet worked hard to find the vehicle that I was looking for, They also worked hard to get it where it was a win win for both me and the dealership.

We were guaranteed a car 2 separate times, wasted my time and gas drove over an hr ea way. When we got there, no car either time, they tried to sell us a dirty car that wasn't even what we wanted. This place is horrible. I would never recommend it

Traded in my used truck for the used Prius I wanted, with kettle hassle at a fair price. If you're not in the market for a new vehicle the used inventory is better than any of the other competitors.

I initially went to the dealership because they were one of the few in the area that actually had suburban's in stock. While we didn't end up buying a suburban, we did end buying a used ford excursion and two new work pickups. Jeff was great to work with.

Very nice team to work with. Salesman was easy to talk to and not pushy at all. Very reasonable in negotiation. Price was very good. Service team did a great job with add ons. Not crazy about the location.
