Very pleasant

My purchase experience at JTs is not great, but the service at JTs is very good. The staff at JTs are very friendly when I change my oil.

New Vehicles Ownership Status

In August,they bought my 08 Sebring and let me drive off with a Fiat 500 POP with no money down, Wade was the Salesman which did an outstanding job. In December,they bought my 03 Dodge Durango and let me drive off with a Fiat 500L with no money down,Bill, the Salesman also did an outstanding job. I had a very good buying experience with JT's Jeep,Chrysler,Dodge,Fiat.

poor customer service and service department

2012 ram 1500 25000 miles dodge certified 32000 dollars truck shakes at high way speed took in for repair 5 times and 12 hours later truck shakes worse than before they touched it told nothing we can do that is characteristic of all ram trucks i mean shaking so bad hard to see out of mirrors drove many others and owned one just like it none of those shake.so they want me trade in this truck for another brand new truck at double the price .i dont think so and i do not recommend jt stay away

Absolutely would recommend JT's!!

I was more than pleased with my entire experience with JT's. They were so friendly, extremely helpful, and the quality of work was fantastic. Rick Martin went above and beyond to help me out with getting my car fixed, kept me informed about the progress of the repairs, and was very helpful with any questions I had. I will certainly be taking my car back to JT"s for any work or maintenance that it needs in the future. Cannot thank them enough.

Always a great experience

Recently bought my third vehicle from JTs in 3 years.. My 2 kids have bought 4 in the same amount of time.. They are always willing to work with me to get the price where I need it. Service is always great whether it is for buying a car or or an oil change, etc. Will keep going back.

service

Love dealing with Don and the service dept at JT's. I needed a battery change in order to make it to work. They did everything in there power to get me on the road fast so i didn't miss too much work.

JT's Fiat

Love everyone at JT's Fiat. Very nice and helpful people. Bought a Fiat Sport from them and I am loving my new car. Thanks JT's Fiat for a great experience.

Major Service

My Jeep Rubicon would hesitate and made strange noises as I tried to drive. JT's replaced the transmission with a Mopar remanufactured unit at a reasonable price. All work was done on time and the unit has a 3 year, 100,000 mile warantee good at any Chrysler/Jeep dealer. They did a great job. My service advisor, Gina, kept me up tp date and the process moving, and the tech, Terry explained in detail what was done and why.

Good sales teams and sales managers/ bad service department

The sales, finance and managers in the sales department are top notch. However, dealing with service managers and the cashiers in the service department is terrible. They have attitudes and I've had to set the cashier straight a few times about being rude. Service managers are hard pressed to return calls. Not very impressed and the service department will be the reason I do elsewhere in the future after buying 2 cars from them within a month. service departments treats customers like trash. I can tell JT the owner doesn't use secret shoppers to fix these issues.
