oil change

Using one of my free oil changes. It took about an hour finally after seeing my car was brought back about ten minutes I got up and asked a service advisor to bring me my keys. As I was checking out my car is being driven away which is odd being I thought I had the keys. Wish they were a little faster in getting me out the door

New car

I never thought of buying a new car, but left the dealership with a new Jeep. I loved all the people I dealt with, everyone was so friendly. I would recommend everyone that wants a car to visit this dealership.

Great experience!

Everyone at JT's was very friendly and efficient! Rhett Huffman was very helpful in helping me find and purchase my new Jeep. Every time I walked through the front door, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I would recommend JT's to anyone looking to buy a new pr pre-owned vehicle.

Exceptional Service from beginning to end.

From my experience on the phone to my arrival at JT's customer service was exceptional. Wade was wonderful. He greeted us at the door and listened to what we wanted. After being escorted to his office we sat down completed an application, and credit paperwork. Wade was kind, thoughtful, and caring, and he did his best to accommodate us. He showed us the Jeep that was of interest , and then allowed us to test drive it. It was great. JT's not only serviced, cleaned, checked out the car, and the tires, but they made the paperwork process painless, and timely. I highly recommend them.

New Ram 1500

My Ram 1500 Is everything I wanted in a truck , It's a great truck that drives like a car and all so quiet the ride is smooth and the handling is just great, I was happy with the price and the overall buying experience at JTs Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Lexington and salesman Scott Grantham.

Great service but horrible price

Don was a great sales person, but we believe that the price could have been lowered, especially when a few weeks later the dealership lowers the prices. That was just unfair to us. Our interested rate is too high, but we are dealing with it. I feel that we could have gotten a better deal. We did not get what we asked for, and we even asked for a hitch to be included, since we just purchased and had one installed in the vehicle that we traded in. Again I will say Don was a great sales person, but the dealership will not see our business again. we were told we would have a hitch on our jeep 3 weeks ago, with us having to pay for it, and it still has not been done. We are getting married on April 26, 2014 and we really needed it by then. So, we will not be purchasing from this dealership ever again. We will not be recommending anyone there either. Don't have the cars they advertise

There isn't a negative star-rating, so I had to go with 1 star......We filled out the contact form for a used car that was advertised at their dealership. They called the next morning, informed me the car was not available. I said thank you, we may stop by later that day to see what else they had. I thought that was that. Oh no! They then proceeded to set an appointment (which we did not request) and call every hour to "confirm" that appointment. I received an email from a salesman who wanted my cell phone number. Got an email from their "internet sales" dept. and told them all not to contact us as we were not coming in. I had a back-and-forth email exchange with them and it was just bizarre, with the internet sales person telling me they were just doing their job, but taking 4 paragraphs to tell me that. All this for a $4,000 used car. On top of that, the car that is not available is still up on the search sites! There is no opt-out button on any of the spam they send out and we are STILL on their email list despite several requests to be removed. We will never buy a car from this dealership.

I apologize this happened. The sales person should not have set an appointment for you to come in and we certainly should of had you removed when you told us you did not set an appointment. Lloyd was very very helpful on everything. The only horrible thing is that a family member bought a jeep from them as well and they didn't give him a car fax report. Come to find out the car has been crashed and they didn't replace the radiator or a.c. condenser . Well its been 2 months and he is still waiting on a fender liner . The finance manager sucks as well I ended up paying 3000 down after they said I was approved after they sent my credit to almost every bank in the world. Then they went with the very first bank .

My wife and I went in to look at a 2013 Hyundai Electra....

My wife and I went in to look at a 2013 Hyundai Electra. We were greeted by Don at the door and he assisted throughout the process. It was fairly painless and we were on our way in less than 2 hours.
