I was a Ford man for years. After Ford came out with the 6.0 it spent more time in the shop then on the road making me money. Gave Dodge a chance never looked back. that Cummings Engine is terrific.

Even though this is only my second time coming in. You can tell the loyalty that follows this dealership. With good reason also they are really friendly and fast

I did not buy my jeep commander here, but they have bent over backwards to help me when I needed repairs. They kept me informed everyday and when it took longer than expected they put me in a rental car (no expense to me). We will be coming back here to purchase our next vehicle.

At first my experience with this dealership wasn't the best, but once I spoke with the mgr regarding the situation they turned the negative totally into a positive. The new salesman I dealt with was professional and great to work with. The buying process was smooth and painless and quick. The finance department was just as good and had me in and out very quickly with no hassle at all. I just bought my vehicle so I can't speak as to the service department, but I can definitely say that my buying experience was top notch.

I have to say... at first I wasn't very pleased with a salesman at this dealership, but once I said something about the situation management made every effort imaginable to turn my frustrated experience into a most excellent one. Thomsas (sales) and Rebecca (financing) were great to work with and made me feel comfortable and like a valued customer. I just bought this vehicle so I can't speak as to service, but I do know that they made the actual buying experience as painless and actually enjoyable as possible.

Austin approached me as I was looking at a vehicle. He was very friendly and he quickly retreived the keys and tag for a test drive. He was very personnable as well. I liked the vehicle and we went in to discuss price and financing. My current loan was upside down and Austin informed me that with a newer model of the same vehicle he would be able to apply some dealer rebates that would make it possible to be approved and get the payments that I needed. He kept me informed as he went about to talk to the necessary people. I was offered drink while I waited and he talked with my son about fishing and other things. I went to financing where I spent just a few minutes signing the papers. Austin went out and helped us clean out the old vehicle and move the tags to the new car. I drove it home and Austin called several times after the purchase to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. I have been in for the first of my free oil changes and the service was great. Everyone was nice and they were finished when they said they would be. Very good experience and I would recommend Mike Addy Dodge to my friends and family.

Overall I enjoyed working with the sales side of the dealership. However, 6 months after I bought our van we had to replace the transmission. I will not buy another used car/van from this dealership.
