Visited Dealership to inquire about a vehicle advertised. Was prepared to do battle as usual with salespeople doing the routine trying to grind you down. As we have been told by many people they would rather visit a dentist than buy a car from most dealerships. Had a very pleasant surprise at Planet. No hassle, no make an offer, no checking with the sales manager (Depends on whose turn it is to be SM today) and no take over individual if salesperson can't close the deal. Also noted sales people do not work on commission so that eliminates desire for high profit. Frances Ramos and Alex Gutierrez both were pleasant and helpful beyond expectations. Purchase was completed easily and wife and I were on our way shortly. Did not have to spend an hour or better.

Obviously, I love Lincolns. I had been driving a 2005 Towncar, but decided I wanted a smaller car with all the safety features. George Adams told me about a certified pre-owned 2015 MKC Reserve they had with very low mileage. I drove it home that afternoon. George & the rest of the sales team I came in contact with were great! They were friendly, polite, answered all my questions & never made me feel pressured to buy the car or any add ons I decided against. I did decide on the bumper-to-bumper warranty. My Towncar had been serviced at Planet Lincoln since I moved to the area 5 years ago, so I know this car will be well taken care of by the service team.

I purchased a used vehicle from Planet Lincoln on I-45 in Spring last week. The staff there were incredibly courteous and made me feel at home as soon as I walked into the showroom. The showroom itself is very modern with a bright airy feel to it. The sales team I worked with were very helpful as I road tested 3 vehicles and then re-tested the first one before deciding I was going to purchase it. It took a while to get through all of the paperwork (but it always seems to!) but the experience could not have been better. I will definitely be back when purchasing my next vehicle.
