Dynamic customer service from the sales floor to the business office! My salesman, Tim Moyer, was very patient and professional. My car-buying experience was both positive and efficient from beginning to end.

Never any help with issues.

Never any help with issues. Service is subpar. 2023 lincoln navigator has had electrical issues since literally the day we received it, but now my vehicle won't even turn on and is sitting in my driveway. No issue with the battery. It threw at least 10 errors before it shut off. Planet lincoln is zero help. I'd go to one of those places where they take $300 down and you pay 100k for the car before all is said and done before I ever give this dealer my business again.

Awesome, Awesome sales experience, Could not have had a

Awesome, Awesome sales experience, Could not have had a better experience with George Adams my salesperson. He made sure i was presented with everything i needed to make a perfect decision. His Gm was just as accommodating as George , making sure nothing was missed and i was given every discount available. My wife and i could not be happier.

I gave this dealership 1 Star just for being there in

I gave this dealership 1 Star just for being there in close proximity. Purchased a brand spanking new vehicle in 11/23 and still can’t get in for service. All the outside wind noise is not when riding is unbelievable and this is supposed to be a Luxury vehicle? By the way, they already reset my sunroof and has to do that on a new ordered car from their factory. The problem is with outside noise if you're riding on the tailgate of a Chevy truck. I hate so much I put my money down on this sour car. I hate it and they should be taken off the market with wires hanging under the passenger seat. I guess you may say “why haven’t reported all of this? I have, been reporting these problems since January 2024 and they a couple of months to get a brand new car in with under 1,000 miles. All these issues have been reported to Planet Lincoln in Spring, Tx. and the top manager, even their corporate office. I steer anyone to not shop at this dealership. Their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with a new cars over the past 20 yrs. I’m 61 and a service-connected disable veteran and I’ve been to many new vehicles. I hate this car because the list of problems go on and on! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!,🥵

I recently bought a new Lincoln,and took delivery that day (Nov). I brought it back (FEB)to have it detailed and talked to my salesman Don Morgan. He helped me immediately and wrote up a no charge order. The service dept jumped right on it and did an excellent job. I really appreciate great service after the sale and that’s precisely what I received. Thanks guys

Anthony was a tremendous sales person.

Anthony was a tremendous sales person. He did everything he said throughout the process. When we disagreed it was done respectfully. I would pay more to have this be my buying experience every time. I would follow Anthony and buy from him wherever he went. Prior to meeting Anthony, I walked away from a deal on an Escalade because the experience was so disappointing to me as a customer.

Inquired about a vehicle the first time they responded to

Real liked the salesman, the car fax was not very

Real liked the salesman, the car fax was not very accurate, but the problem are well know ford/Lincoln Navigation problems and cost a little over 150.00 dollars to fix really love the Navigator
