Visited Dealership to inquire about a vehicle advertised. Was prepared to do battle as usual with salespeople doing the routine trying to grind you down.... As we have been told by many people they would rather visit a dentist than buy a car from most dealerships. Had a very pleasant surprise at Planet. No hassle, no make an offer, no checking with the sales manager (Depends on whose turn it is to be SM today) and no take over individual if salesperson can't close the deal. Also noted sales people do not work on commission so that eliminates desire for high profit. Frances Ramos and Alex Gutierrez both were pleasant and helpful beyond expectations. Purchase was completed easily and wife and I were on our way shortly. Did not have to spend an hour or better.
From the moment we walked in the door it was an amazing experience. They made the car dealing process so easy and pain free. We found the perfect Lincoln... and was able to buy it at the right price. No back and forth haggling. Anthony was very personal and went above and beyond to ensure we walked away very satisfied. We compared many luxury SUV vehicles. The Nautilus was a class in its own. Just try a test drive and you'll understand why. The bar is high and they plan on keeping it there.

Bought my first Ford in 1959. So, have 60 years of experience with service departments in many cities . Randall Reed's dealership on Interstate 45 in... Houston is , by a wide margin, the WORST I have ever experienced. Bad scheduling, bad attitude.

Best car buying experience ever! Max my salesman and joe the manager went above and beyond to get what I needed done! I've actually never left a dealership... before at the payment point I wanted and everything else I asked for! Arthur in finance also was very thorough and answered everything in detail. Definitely glad I made the 2 hour drive out here. There is a reason they're a top rated dealership!

I have received great service on my F250 when I have brought mine in for one repair and one warranty item. Crystal was exceptionally oriented to customer... service. Note that my personal sales experience with them 1.5 years ago (DEC2017) left me a little but to be desired as they could not close on my sale because at the time they could not find the car keys to any one of the several model King Ranch F250's that I wanted to purchase on the lot at that moment in time and asked me to come back in a week - that didn't happen. They offered to throw in a dealer bed liner due to the hassle, but that was insufficient for me to continue the sales experience with them at that time. Hopefully they are more organized today. In any case I strongly support their service teams and parts teams as well as the oil change service down the block.
