Bought a used car from them in August for our son. We took it in for an oil change on 11/6/2019 and the engine seized up on 11/9/2019. After the expenses of having the car towed home and then to the dealership, we were informed that Russ Darrow will not take any responsibility for their mistakes.The service manager Marvin Garrison quoted a price of $ 3731 to replace the motor. The General manager Sean Sutton will not get involved to resolve the issue. Do not purchase a car or have your car serviced here!

I saw they had a used suburban for sale on market place and went to look at it and it was just like the pictures and description. They were friendly and worked fast to get me in it and home with it that afternoon. Great experience

I came into the Russ Darrow Mitsubishi dealership looking for a used car to use during the winter. I sat down with a guy by the name of Rigo who completely flipped the script in the best way possible. He showed me a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. which I immediately feel in love with.
