North Hills Auto Mall

Twice now I’ve sent my information to this dealership about a specific car and I have never heard from them.

When I contacted them I was told that the car was available. I told them that I would stop by the next afternoon to see it. When I got there I was told that it had been sold that morning. They could have texted me but they didn't, thus causing me to waste time and gas for nothing!

I'm just confused, why is this dealership selling a vehicle from 1991 for $14,999 when the actual dealership estimate is actually only valued less than $4000 for the same vehicle in Excellent Condition. Also confused in what world cars.com thinks this is a "fair deal". Absolutely ridiculous 👎

The is a terrible place to go they have cars jammed packed and don’t even have the cars your looking for,me and my father were looking at this white 2009 Subaru legacy very nice condition, we texted them on Thursday if the car was still available and they got back to us on Friday and said it was still there we went Saturday and it was gone then she tried and offer us the most outrageous prices on 20 year old cars with 200,000 miles on them and the. Continued to offer us 700$ for our nice user 2007 car and then continue to say ever single piece of junk they own has hand picked from the dealer and was all nice and calm about it.DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!

This place is nothing more than a rip off start to finish. Charging an insane amount of money for s**t boxes... There are listings for cars that are so overpriced I thought it was a typo. Lastly, If you hate having money and hate getting good deals, go to this place!

North hills auto mall is the quintessential place is AVOID! The shady practices of the owner Regis Mankee should be exposed and no person should ever provide them business. Also, “Ashley” is Emily Madison. They each lied about their names, as Regis said his name was “Jay” I unfortunately purchased a car from them only to have the check engine light & ABS light come on within 2 days, the car also began leaking an excessive amount of gas. After they “fixed” that issue, (which I learned later was done improperly causing other issues) I continued to have problems with the car. After attempting to contact NHA about the issues I was told the police would be contacted if I attempted to go to the business or contact them in anyway. This man lied through his teeth in court and is clearly very experienced at deceiving people. One can only hope this shady business gets looked into and shut down! (Only putting 1 star because I can’t put 0)

A fantastic dealer. They don't hide anything. What you see is what you get. I'm auto/heavy truck mechanic so I know good vehicles when I see them. I recommend this dealer to anyone. I would buy another car from this dealer but my Celica that I bought 17 years ago still runs like new.

Do not go to this dealership they will lie to you about the car your interested in that they do not own! We put a deposit down they kept it non refundable. Tried to make us bring in full payment of the vehicle without paperwork of 13,000 dollars. Scam Artists Stay Away!

I just don't understand how they can be ok with keeping people's hard earned money if they put a deposit in a vehicle and cannot purchase it for whatever reason. I will have to borrow the money they kept for rent. Unreal.
