Bought a sunroof motor for my vehicle, installed it, it did not work, contacted them about refund, agent said since i installed it, no.refunds All I did is take.it out of box and installed. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’d like to clarify that, in accordance with Ford Motor Company’s policy, we are unable to accept returns on any electrical components or parts that have been installed. This policy is in place for quality control and safety reasons, as once a part has been used or installed, it cannot be resold or guaranteed to function as new. We understand that this may be disappointing, especially if the part did not resolve the issue or if expectations were not met. However, this standard return policy helps protect both our customers and the integrity of the vehicle's systems. Please note that it was stated in your initial email that you discovered a wiring issue that was resolved and upon installing the original motor it began to work again. Had the item you ordered not been installed, as long as you had the original packing as received we would have been able to intiate a return for you and upon receiving after inspection issued a refund for the item. Please note this policy is also stated on our website under Returns & Refunds / Item Conditions: Products being returned must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition. This means that the products should not have been modified, altered or damaged as a result of attempted installation or usage. ’ve purchased a remote Combo kit includes: FT4Z-19A361-A Vehicle Security System (required) DL3Z-19A390-B U.S version Cellular Access Module We activate all units we sell at no additional charge This is were the bad experience started, when calling the dealer someone will call you back. Then call again on Saturday that department is close please call back on Monday, when Call on Monday someone will call you back. When I stated to question the run around I was asked why I was given a hard time. I was told that ONLY one guy in the entire country is the only one that programs the kit. To wait till the end of day and this special one guy will call to proceed with the program. I’ve done this 2 other times on other trucks and don’t remember waiting for a call. When I called the Dealer that I purchased from eBay they got on right way. Shouldn’t purchase this from this dealer!!! Update 01/30/18 The remote kit that I purchased and the service that comes with works 100% I highly recommend this kit to anyone that wants cell communication with your truck. 15 minutes installation and 2 minutes in the phone to confirm the program with outside company. This is my 3rd time installing this on my Trucks. My mistake was purchasing from Levittown Ford internet sales department. Bad Bad customer service and sarcastically when talking with you. I hope this clears up the difference between the product itself and the Dealer that sold to me.

They sell your information
But a car from here and receive calls everyday about a warranty because they sell or give you infomation for profit. They will tell you that's it's from a national data base its bs the dealership give it out

I'm sorry to hear that you feel we did this to you. This is absolutely untrue as we would never sell a customer's private information. That would put us at a competitive disadvantage. We work hard to protect our customer's identity or we would lose the trust of our customers. This is an absolute false claim.
