Steve was very helpful and patient as I was sorting out issues with the credit union on the phone. I didn't feel any pressure, and did feel like we both got a good deal/value from the transaction. When it was all done gave me a free tank of gas.

Great car buying experience. Came from out of state and most of the paperwork was completed prior to my arrival. I was able to customize my vehicle and was kept informed during the process. I was even sent pictures of each step. Very friendly staff!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a 2011 F250 from them and within 4 days my AC went out. Now I get a used vehicle things are going to start going out. I did contact my salesman Colby on 9/2/2019 and he informed me it should be covered under their 30 day warranty. I live out of state so decided to try to work with them and get a quote from a shop to replace the AC compressor since that is what they told me went out. They stated I was being over charged but they are willing to cover half of the quote. Giving that is was 107 in Vegas where I live I agreed and got it fixed a few days later. It is now 3/18/2020 and they have yet to pay me the half they agreed to pay for. Not to mention when the shop tore apart the truck they advised me the condenser was also leaking. I decided to do a complete service on the truck myself since it is a used truck and realized my air filter was extremely dirty and my coolant level was overfilled and was also red in color when it’s supposed to be orange and it didn’t even smell like coolant. I will not buy from them again as they do not keep to their word and promises nor run their used trucks through any kind of inspection.
