Outstanding customer service and fair price

This is the second truck I’ve purchased there and both times I’ve been satisfied. These guys have great customer service, and there pricing is fair.

Salesman was great to work with

Sales man was great to work with awesome dealership. Huge selection of vehicles to choose from. Long drive but well worth it. Would definitely buy my next vehicle hear.

Not a good experience

Be very careful when dealing with watts. I purchased a truck from them a few months ago. During the initial test drive we had a slight popping sound. Went back and discussed with the salesman. He assured me that they would make sure the sound was diagnosed and fixed, we would just need to schedule a time to bring the truck in. He also went as far as to feed us full of the sales crap that they "don't put bad trucks on the road and their reputation shows it." On the drive home more problems came about with the truck. I live a ways away from the dealership and took the truck to a Ford dealer the next day to get a thorough inspection on the truck. The Ford dealer found oil leaks and determined that the popping noise we were hearing was coming from the differential. Called watts as soon as I could to get the truck in to get fixed and they assured me they would fix all the problems. After a week of them having the truck, and no phone calls to me letting me know what was going on, I reached out to watts and they said the truck was fixed and I could come pick it up. After the long drive down to get the truck, it still had some of the same problems. Turned around and alerted watts and they said they would fix the problems. A few days later got a call the truck was good to go and they would meet us halfway to deliver the truck, however as I got the meeting spot, got a call from them that the truck was still having some issues. Finally after 3 weeks from the original purchase of the truck they had "fixed" everything and I had the truck. A few days later, noticed an oil drip under the truck and discovered that oil was still leaking from the truck, which they claimed to have fixed. Called and left a message about the problem and NEVER got a call back. The original problem with the truck, that they claimed would be an easy fix, still exists and oil is still leaking from the truck. They did fix a few of the problems with the truck but still have some major issues. Very disappointed in the transaction and customer service received. They repeatedly tried to make the easy fix hoping it would mask the problem and eventually found something that would work for long enough to make sure I wouldn't be a bother to them anymore. Long story short, be very careful when purchasing from watts. After reading other bad reviews, I would advise to trust those reviews. When you spend this kind of money on trucks you expect a good working product or the dealer to right any wrongs with their vehicles.

Dealer response

Blake purchased his truck on 8/10/18. He made us aware of a vibration felt in the truck that occurred only at 65-70 mph at low RPMs. We told him we would take care of the problem. He was told by Ford it was in the rear end. We inspected the rear end and found no issue. We balanced the drive line and the issue still persisted. Lastly, we replaced the torque converter in the transmission and that corrected the issue. After the issue was fixed we agreed to meet Blake in Salt Lake so he wouldn't have to drive all the way down to the dealership. We haven't heard anything from Blake about the problem still persisting in the 3 months since.

Very Painless process. We have bought from them before and it’s easy every time . Straight to the point. You tell them what you want and they tell you what they can do . Not much haggling like everyone else . Always seems so be fair the first go around. 100% recommend.
