iDeal Auto Imports

In 2013 (December), I bought a 2006 BMW X5 E53 All-wheel drive from iDealAutoImports for my winter car in Michigan. I test drove several X5 E53 vehicles throughout the midwest. My last and final stop was iDeal. The SUV has been solid and handles well in the snow and on ice. While I have made some repairs (such as, torn axle boots, seals, thermostat), the car has thus far been very dependable each of 3 winters while my MINI Clubman sits in the garage. I would indeed buy another vehicle from them and highly recommend them to friends and colleagues in Michigan. The drive to visit them was worth it for me to get the vehicle that I wanted. I rate their facility at 4 out of 5 stars only because I visited their previous location before they moved to what appears to be an expansive location (which looks 5-star)!

Working with Max and his team was very easy and a painless process. they were professional, caring, timely, and credible. i made my purchase out of state, and they were very upfront with every feature of the car and even fixed a damaged part prior to purchase. if you are looking for a luxury import - I would highly recommend iDeal

I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne from iDeal and it was a great buying experience. I had visited another dealership and was there for three hours and still did not get my questions answered. I come to iDeal, talk with German, and everything was smooth as silk. Not only was their selection amazing, but he and Max were easy going, clear and approachable. Easiest car experience I've had, and the best car I've ever purchased. Would definitely refer folks there.

I bought my third auto from Ideal. I am impressed with the quality and cleanliness of their vehicles. I told German that if I wasn't impressed with their operation, I wouldn't be there. They offer nice vehicles at a resonable price.

I recently bought a 2009 Honda Accord EX-L from iDeal Imports. The service was very laid back, pressure-free & honest. Very well maintained vehicles throughout their inventory, no matter what you're looking for! My Accord was the first car I bought from iDeal, but it definitely will not be the last! The Lexus is a beautiful car. Ideal Auto made the necessary repairs we requested before the purchase was signed. We have been looking for a car for a long time Ideal had the best deal and a one time owner of the car we purchased.

Although the office is tiny, the operation seemed efficient and well organized. I found the auto online and since it was near my place of employment I stopped in. The car was very clean, running like a top and at a good price. Didn't take me long to decide. I'd do it again without hesitation.

I've purchased my fair share of cars. And, for the past 15 years or so, I've migrated to BMW's. I am bit of car nut. I like to do my homework and I spend way too much time doing online research. And, according to my wife, I'm picky. When I go to look at a car, I don't really need a lot of help or hand holding. I really don't appreciate attitude or forced conversation. I certainly don't want to be made to feel like the sales person or the dealer is doing me a favor by letting me in the front door. Buying a car from Max was right in my wheel house. He offered assistance and left me alone. I checked out the car with the guys who work on our cars. It was as he represented. It was exactly what I wanted. He gave me a fair value for my trade. We settled on a fair value for his car. (Took all of 2 minutes!) Very nice. Very straight forward. I would buy another car from iDeal and I would send friends to iDeal. Know what you want. Show up prepared. Be reasonable and respectful and you'll be happy with the outcome. That's a good car buying experience. I found dealing with Max/iDeal to be a good car buying experience.

We test drove Toyota minivans all over the Twin Cities, and even as far as New Prague. The 2011 Sienna that we bought from iDeal Auto was by far the best and at a reasonable price! It was nice to know that German, one of the owners and a mechanic, chooses at auction only good quality cars to sell to the public. It's like having your own mechanic buying a car for you. Ideal Auto's prices are lower than what the big dealerships offer and you won't feel any sales pressure when buying a car from Max or German at iDeal. They sell good used cars at a decent price.
