They would rather threaten with harassment charges instead of paying me the expenses I’ve paid to repaid their junk car! I have all of my papers from the repairs, total losers

4 days after sale i has my can inspected, dangerously low back brakes, bad ball joint, bad link arm and bad struts, they did repair these things BUT i have had additional problems, my care shakes bad around 40mph, the window is cracked, the lane departure doesn't work, mirror is hanging off. The filters were filthy which leads me to believe the car wasn't properly inspected prior to sale. I have no faith this car will last very long with the issues they hadn't addressed. i want a bumper to bumper car inspection, which incudes the scheduled maintenance, hoses, belts, fluids, window replacement new spark plugs and my car shaking addressed and all repairs paid by Ideal. Please take your car to a mechanic right away before you buy. These people are sneaky, and obviously don't care or have pride in there vehicle's. I found CD's and the previous owners receipts in the glove box, they were even to lazy to check that.

I inquired on a Sunday via email. I did not receive a call or email at all. I text the provided number asking if the vehicle was available and received a response that it was. I asked a follow up about inspection report and never received a reply. I then called after work and asked about the inspection report again. The salesperson told me he’d send it right over. I never received it either. I guess they’re too busy or lazy. Not sure what’s so difficult about sending over a report. It shouldn’t be like pulling teeth to get a simple answer. Would not recommend this dealership at all.

Tried to get Misha to answer questions and send close -up pics of flaws and defects inside and out. She totally ghosted me! Six days later I asked if she forgot me. The 7th day, she sent 1 photo. I asked if they used a certain transporter to ship to TX. Her answer was just "yes". But she gave me no names or phone numbers! Zero care about me, the customer!!!

This was my first time shopping for a car at iDeal Auto and I have to say, it was one of the BEST car buying experiences I have ever had. Different from most other car dealers, in the BEST possible way, the staff was courteous not rude; patient not pressured; and informative not condescending. I was in a hurry to purchase a reliable used vehicle for my son that wasn't going to break the bank. iDeal Auto really delivered for me. They were professional, very accommodating and we walked away with a great used vehicle. I will definitely go back to iDeal Auto next time I need to buy a car!

Places like this are the reason there needs to be a "Negative star review". One star is giving this place too much credit. I found a car i was interested in. The website said i needed to make an appointment. I called on Monday, made an appointment for Wednesday at 2pm. I told the guy i'll be bringing cash with me. He never said anything about a deposit, and i didn't know that's even a thing so i didn't ask. (By the way, they charge $100 per day deposit. If you can't see the car for 2 days, you need to pay them $200 to save the car. Anything more then 3 days is non-refundable. So if you pay them $300 to hold it so they dont sell it before your scheduled appointment, then decide you don't want it, you're screwed out that money) Also, i live 4 hours away. I didn't think that was necessary information to share. Anyways, On Tuesday, i went to the bank, got approved for the loan. Looked into insurance cost, ect. On Wednesday at 9:30am i left my house, so i can be there by 2pm for my scheduled appointment. at 12:45pm, 1 hour 15 minutes before my appointment, salesman Misha called me and said "I'm sorry, someone just came in and put down a deposit for that car. It's no longer available". I explained i'm an hour away, i've been driving for the last 3 hours, i have the full amount in cash on hand. I'm not trying to negotiate the price down, i just want to come purchase the car we discussed on the phone. Anyways, i get there at 1:50. 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I put the money on the table with my paperwork and i tell him i'm here for the car. I also showed him a paper from the bank that says the registration isn't up to date. For the next two hours he's playing phone tag with his boss and the DMV trying to figure out this registration fee. All the while he's referring to me as "A guy that's here to buy the car". I think i'm getting the car i came for. WRONG. After all this, he tells me someone came in an hour before me (Without an appointment, which he made me schedule) and put down A DEPOSIT for the car. They didn't pay for it. They made a deposit. I explained i drove 4 hours, spent over $100 in fuel, took the day off work, and had my 2nd driver take the day off work for this car. And A DEPOSIT was made an hour before my appointment? I have the full amount in cash right in front of him. But he took the deposit instead. I told him give them their deposit back, they're not out anything if they get that back. He said he can't do that. The ONLY way i'm going to get this car is if i sit around his dealership and wait for them to arrive and PAY THEM FOR THE OPPERTUNITY TO BUY THE CAR! I asked what time will they be in, he said "Sometime before closing at 7pm". So i finally gave up and asked him to call me when they come back, if they dont buy it, i'll be back. He called me 5 minutes before 7pm to tell me they bought it.

My husband and I recently bought a Honda Pilot from Ideal Auto Imports in Eden Prairie. We were extremely pleased with how easy the whole process was, from the time we entered the dealership until we drove our new car off the lot. We were impressed with German and Max and how easy it was to work with them. We never felt a pushiness at just wanting to make a sale, but instead a genuine interest in helping us get what we wanted. John, our sales person was friendly, helpful, very informative, and easy to work with. Thank you Ideal, we love our Pilot!
