Let's be blunt here. You can look up pricing online. Here is the problem. You drive an hour to find out that they have an extra $4000 in hidden charges;... they also add the tax to all the hidden fees. The car was now over $19000.This dealer???s policies are clearly outside of the agreement. This company falsely advertises and tries to lure you in. They said that it???s mandatory to get the extended warranty on the car even if you don???t need it. The car had over three years of the manufacturer warranty still. Then the sales manager came over and argued with me saying you buy extend warranty on everything you buy, as for example your cell phone. I thought it was up to the customer if he/she would want to purchase it. This is ILLEGAL business practice as the dealer policies are stated clearly and their fees go outside, by lengths, the advertised price. Go elsewhere. The salesman was wonderful but this company needs to realize they are playing a dangerous game. I went to another dealer and got the same car for 6k less after all fees and sales tax and no hassle!!

First thing they do at arriving, take your SSN number first and even after denying several times they will run your credit check for no reason and will... give excuses saying it is just an soft inquiry to pull your personal information. Worst experience of searching for car of life time
this dealer ship does not honor true car value when they send you a locked in price..10/8/2018 went to buy a vehicle..went to buy a 2017 frontier..trade... in my jeep excellent cond..trade in price 11500..told me not a penny over 10000..1500 under kelly blue book.. frontier they wanted 24500.. used book value 20300 went back and forth about the price difference they said to bad..so under blue book for trade over book value to sell by 4200$..so looked buy a new one.. received true value from them 23309 for new one said ok..well then they sent me another one same vehicle 25560..2200$ more..this is the third time this happened over a few years..they dont call you back I could name some names but I wont..when you call them out they dont want your business.will never go there again..told them buying 2 vehicles one on 10/8/2018 and another for my father inlaw on 10/16/18..going to another dealer on 10/16/18 for my father inlaw no.plfd nissan bought 8 brand new vehicles there..5 star..sansone nissan bought 2 vehicles there.. 5 star..this dealer has poor sales department..only a good service dept... wont even give this sales dept a one star dealer..remember when you call them out they dont even call you back..very poor sales dept..and dishonest sale people..they think they are doing you a favor..dead wrong..bet there is alot more people that got screwed by this dealer
Monika always takes care of me. Got my 2nd Sentra from,her. Could not be haplier. Very good girl. Has a great soul and is always very pleasant with me.... Ask for her only if you are looking for a car.
This is a great dealership. They are well staffed with knowledgeable sales associates. Our rep, Johnny Brown was extremely helpful in securing our car.... He managed to get us a really great deal without any pressure. They have an amazing service dept and a great waiting area with snacks and coffee. We have been to every dealership all over the metro area and this was by far the best and Johnny was tops when it comes to a sales person.
