BEWARE!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! We just bought our 2016 Durango. After having the car for a week, the car runs into mechanical issues three times! After the third time, we call the dealers to find out if any work was done and we were told that they did in fact do work on the vehicle. While purchasing the car I had asked our sales guy “is the car certified used?” To which he replied “no, we don’t really have a shop here.” I followed that up with “well do you know if any mechanical work had been done on the car.” His reply “NOT THAT I AM AWARE OF.” This turned out to be total xx because he knew work had been done. We were basically lied to and given false information so that we would buy the car. The dealers has no consideration at all and now we are stuck trying to get this car running. They take no accountability. We have had the car at two different mechanic shops, and we were told whatever job was done by the dealers, the mechanic used cheap pieces in the work. The dealer would say anything and lie to sell you a car, do not buy from here!!!

Bare minimum upkeep on vehicles they sell

I bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu on April 7. I test drove it and all seemed fine. After I drove for a few days I noticed it would skip and lose power. I took it to my regular shop for service and they found numerous problems. The battery was low, the air filter and cover weren’t properly connected, the oil was black, the tires have almost no tread and dry rot and there was some kind of animal nest under the hood. This car had just been sitting for weeks. The manager said they had checked the car and found all the systems met minimum standards. I would not recommend this company unless you are prepared to do a thorough inspection before you sign anything.

Stay Away

The salespeople worked with me and stayed after hours to make sure I had a chance to buy the Lincoln. That in itself is good customer service. I will say the test drive wasn’t long enough but around the block. I asked several salespeople if the vehicle was ready with zero surprises. They all said how great the MKT is and it’s ready to roll. Well, I am on the way back to South Carolina and the radio pops and goes out completely. Then the radio starts working again and then the Sync system crashes. Ok. Get it back home and took it to the Lincoln dealer where they said it’s probably the amplifier. M&M offered to send me a $250 check on a $740 part + labor job that only a dealer can do because that part has to be programmed. Until I can afford it I guess it will stay broken. I then spent over $1,300+ on basic maintenance because nothing was done to the car. Spark plugs bad, oil dirty & low, brake fluid dirty, fuel system needed cleaning, engine and cabin air filters needed replacing, and transmission fluid burnt. Well, had the transmission serviced and now it’s randomly throwing itself into first gear and about blows the engine or stalls out cause it does it at anytime. I have to be quick to put it in N and then back in D. I also have come to find out that none of the driver features really work except for the adaptive cruise control. The lane keeping assist doesn’t work, and it has software glitches showing the temperature gauge all over the place and Sync will randomly crash the entire head unit. Oh, and when I first got the vehicle it wouldn’t take a full tank of gas. Two days ago I got gas and it overflowed from somewhere under the car. I told them about the car not being all the way full after I got it and the salesman said he put $20 into it and it’s probably full after I put money in the tank. So, now that’s another problem I have to get diagnosed. That same night I also made mention of the transmission jerking and clunking, and noises coming from the suspension. Guy said he would talk to his manager. Never heard back about those issues. I also found out the “gold” warranty really doesn’t cover squat. Instead of offering a higher up warranty that would cover software, sensors and stuff this Lincoln has, they gave me a warranty that might cover a basic Focus. Ridiculous. I was told the warranty would cover everything and no it does not. I traded a perfectly good and mechanically sound Mercury Grand Marquis for this lemon. I don’t recommend here unless you bring a mechanic with you and have a longer test drive. There is a reason these cars are “cheap.” They will tell you they drive these cars and they just might. I don’t see how anyone could have missed these issues with this car if they drove it for an entire weekend like I was told. Unless they’re just that dishonest. I even left a message the night I got it asking for my Grand Marquis back. I never got a phone call about that either. They don’t care. It is currently in the driveway cause the Lincoln dealer is backed up the end of December. Making payments on a paperweight. Oh, and the lighted door sill went out. I ordered a part for that but I haven’t figured out how to put it on yet. Also, the left tag light was broken beyond repair and I had to order a new assembly and pop that in. Oh, and before I forget, there is a cracked LED high stop light that lets in the rain. Not too mention the horn randomly beeps from time to time for no reason at all. This vehicle is straight unsafe garbage.

Excellent service

Love this dealership! We went searching for a car for our soon to be 16-year-old daughter. They were absolutely wonderful in helping us pick out a car for her. The financing was so easy. We were in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend going back

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. MORE RUDE THEN ANYTHING.

ON may 8,2020 I my husband drove to 2hour to go purchased this car .MY husband had been talking to (ROY) ALL WEEK ABOUT THIS CAR MY HUSBAND TOLD (ROY) WE WILL BE THERE AFTER WORK FRIDAY TO PICK IT UP HE STATED IT BE HERE FOR YOU SO TIME WE PULL UP ON FRIDAY HE WAS LETTING SOMEONE TEST DRIVE THE CAR....I WAS MAS AND SO WAS MY HUSBAND WHEN (ROY) SAW US YOU SHOULD OF SHAW THE LOOK ON HIS FACES ALL HE SAID I BEE YOU LATER..BUT STATE YALL HERE FOR THE BMW AND SAID IF THEY DONT GET IT I LET YOU KNOW …..I TOLD MY HUSBAND I DONT WANT IT CAUSE THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HIM TO DO THAT. SO AFTER WAIT HE COULDNT COME OUT HE SEND THIS LADY OUT TO TELL US THEY WAS GETTING THE CAR THEN SHE WAS GOING SAY FIRST COME BASE BUT HE KNEW WE WAS APPOVE AND EVERYTHING THE STAFF WAS JUST AS RUDE AS ROY WAS. Roy is THE man!

*Insert cheerleaders here* Roy, Roy, he's THE man.... If he can't do it.... Nobody can! Seriously though....we drive in from toooo many hours away, to get a specific truck...called when we were on the way, he held it while we were on the road, met us when we pulled up and was an excellent guy all around. They worked with us and we drove away with my truck, as planned.

Nice to do business with

Nice people and no high pressure sales tactics. Karen was friendly and helpful and let my wife and I test drive the car by ourselves in Friday afternoon traffic. We settled on a reasonable price, and there was no pressure to buy additional warranties etc. like most dealers I have bought from. The whole buying process was quick and painless. Have had the car for a week now, no disappointments so far. They don't over clean and prep the cars, so you can really see what you are getting although it may be a little dirty.

Great attention and fair price as I purchased car

As I was looking for a used Mazda 3 in good condition at a fair price, I found one at M and M. I was very impressed by the quality of service and attention I received by Karen at the dealership. They let me drive the car, shared the car fax report for the one I was considering and another one, and while always being courteous and attentive, gave me a good deal on the car. We left very happy!

Great Service for selling a vehicle

I just sold my vehicle to Carl at M and M Auto Superstore. He offered a very fair price, had great customer service and made the transaction very easy. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this dealership again, very pleased with the process.
